Overall Satisfaction with Chargebee

We use it for managing all of our subscription box subscribers and gift plan customers. We have it integrate with Shopify to manage orders and we use Shopify for our company website as well. We also use Chargebee for coupon code creation and redemptions. In the past, we were using it for e-commerce purposes.

Chargebee was our best option with Shopify being used for orders. I miss Chargify, but that only works well with Wordpress.

ReCharge was problematic in the past, but they may be better now. Chargebee allows us to make our own bulk edits to subs, while ReCharge required assistance from their support team and a waiting period

I would recommend this for sub box companies that want to use Shopify for the orders. I say that with a precaution. The more unique the setup of your sub box company, the more challenges and troubleshooting you may run into. Be ready to use a developer to tweak the integrations to the right specifications
