    The Cisco BE6K solution is probably the best collaboration platform out there at the moment. Starting from application deployment using Prime Collaboration Deployment to [the] integration of the on-premises platform with cloud services, deployment, and administration [is] a breeze. The tight integration with Cisco endpoints and the ability to individually manage them also helps to ensure an unparalleled user experience. With Cisco CSR 14, administrative tasks like software upgrades and user onboarding have been made simpler. More could be done though to improve those 2 areas.

    It supports around 8 to 10 collaboration applications. It's [cost-effective] considering [one-time] deployment.Helps in increasing productivity. Easy to deploy and manage platform.

    Cisco Business Edition 6000 (BE6000)

    • Only [things] [I] see we are planning to acquire other company where there is around 300 users and they are using other technology and our management is planning to move [that user] to BE6000 will it support more than 1000 users its a question for us.
    • As of now I [don't] see any issue with the BE6000 so far.

    Cisco Business Edition 7000

    • More cloud based services need to be added to the default service package.
    • Companies frequently require a small contact center within the UC environment. It would be nice to see a build it contact center in the box.
    • It would be nice to see some advanced AI based services (IVR voice recognition service) in the BE7K application list.
    • Call recording should be also built in.

    Overall, the product provides excellent value for money. Our employees may interact at the same time on the Cisco Business Edition 6000 without disrupting the conversation. We have a significant number of employees that perform the same thing with calls, texting, and presence, and none of them have an issue.

    Cisco Business Edition 6000 (BE6000)

    This Cisco product can handle more information, can afford this all-in-one communication without a problem. It can be very strong even in the most difficult and full days of work at our organization. We have a strong collaboration with Cisco and have lots of its products including routers and this makes it easier to choose a Cisco product, not another product that can do almost what this Cisco Business Edition does.

    Cisco Business Edition 7000

    I've used 220s and 240s too, but it takes a lot of time to set them up, a lot of time to download the iso files, and set up of datastores. 7k saves the engineer a lot of pre-build assessment and evaluation time. Gets a lot done in a lot less time, returns are a happy engineer and a happier customer.
