ClickUp is a productivity platform that brings together work apps, data, and workflows. Also presented as a Converged AI Workspace, ClickUp eliminates work sprawl to provide context and a single place for humans and agents to work together. The platform currently boasts over 20 million users worldwide. ClickUp Brain² is deeply embedded into the workspace, offering conversational intake for project scoping and autonomous task generation. It can transform brainstorming docs…
ClickMeeting serves a dual purpose within our organization. Firstly, it acts as a reliable platform for hosting staff meetings, enabling effective communication and collaboration among team members. Whether it's for updates, discussions, or brainstorming sessions, ClickMeeting provides the necessary tools for seamless engagement.Secondly, ClickMeeting is instrumental in delivering online courses to our students. It empowers us to create interactive learning experiences regardless of geographical constraints. We can easily share course materials, conduct live or pre-recorded lectures, and facilitate interactive discussions and Q&A sessions. ClickMeeting ensures our students have access to high-quality education and a supportive learning environment. In summary, ClickMeeting is an invaluable tool for both internal staff communications and student-centered online courses. It fosters collaboration, engagement, and knowledge sharing in a flexible and accessible manner, enhancing our overall productivity and educational offerings.
ClickUp can be well suited for pretty much everything, we even use it to organize what subscriptions we have active with reminders for when renewals are due. This is helpful because we can put specific details about the subscription, how much it is, and use custom fields to sort and organize. It's amazing for project work, being able to organize the work at hand and easily see everything that's been done. I don't really see many scenarios when it's less appropriate because of how customizable it is.
ClickMeeting is user-friendly, the admin and user panel is simple, intuitive!
When conducting training, you can use default settings such as edu mode and it saves time, I don't have to worry if I'm sure I've muted everyone and if I'm the only one visible.
ClickMeeting is also integrated with the Moodle e-learning platform, so it's a great support in organizing blended-learning processes.
Individual Audio Controls. I'd love to be able to adjust the audio for each of the presenters within the platform, as the host. Not all presenters are tech savvy and sometimes don't know how to adjust this themselves.
Additional Saved Color Schemes. I'd love to be able to create/save multiple custom color schemes that I can use for various events instead of a single one.
It has been a game-changer in terms of project tracking, as animation is a demanding product that requires multiple layers of analysis, revisions, tracking, scheduling, etc. ClickUp simplifies many approvals as anyone can easily add items, and you can tag the people who need to look at them.
ClickMeeting's overall usability is commendably excellent. Its intuitive, user-friendly interface makes it remarkably easy for users of all skill levels to navigate. The platform delivers a seamless, streamlined experience from setting up meetings to engaging with participants. Despite some advanced features having a slight learning curve, the platform remains user-friendly, efficient, and reliable.
- More extensiveness when compared to features, at an affordable price. - Great productivity increase since we adopted, hence it does say the usability is good. - Quick mobile view as well, for on the go checks, reverts, comments or any updates if one has. Every comment also visible on our slack.
For over a year ClickUp was unavailable to us just twice for a couple of hours. I would say for a system this big and working globally that was a minor issue. They managed to fix all the issues within a couple hours and then it was back up and running perfectly fine.
The speed of ClickUp is average to be honest. This is one of the biggest flaws of the system, sometimes it's also lagging a little bit but we also have a lot of documents, lists etc. on our workspace. However, with the next version of ClickUp I've seen they are planning to increase the speed by almost 500%, probably by changing the technology, so I am more than looking forward to it.
It takes a bit of time to get to grips with the platform at first, but it's short and there is an online help chat available. People on the chat are very helpful and available for a long time - also on weekends, which greatly improves work. Really very good support.
I started using ClickUp when it was what most would consider a baby company. There were the occasional bugs that made working in ClickUp a little bit of a headache, but the support feature allowed me to chat with a real persona and communicate my issues. I would always get prompt support and someone willing to really help me, not just point me to FAQ pages. Not feeling like a number really makes a difference.
There are multiple guides on literally all of the functions you can find within the system, therefore it's easy to learn anything you'd really like to use, starting from project and people management, down to Gantts, mind maps, time tracking, inviting Clients as guests to work with you on the projects and so much more.
Start small. Don’t try to build the most elaborate plans first. Resist the urge to get into Gantt charts if no one is used to them. Just get work written, add dates and assignees, and start getting used to it. If you did not use a work management tool before, you need to be gracious with yourself about the fact that you likely do not have the muscle memory for working this way yet. But you will get there.
And leverage people who know it if possible. Look for ClickUp experts and vendors. They can really supercharge your effectiveness at building the tool out and speed up the process.
- does not require installation - clear interface - fast chat technical support - available in Polish language - provides a stable connection - it allows us to share presentations - we can also record the meeting - the process of creating the meeting is quick and easy also for beginners
Hard to describe it, but the way it connects everything so much better, that they layout is significantly easier to use, and the capabilities are significantly higher. Cleaner and easier to use than SalesForce, both in capability and in the way the workspace UX is presented is far more usable, the features are more rich and flexible than Monday (as well as billing and feature access across plans is way better), and the list + doc + spaces structure is miles ahead of Notion in terms of structure, layout, access, and usability.
Scaling with ClickUp is superb. If you create a workflow best suited for your organization then it's all about creating new accounts and teaching the new employees the workflow you're using. It's that simple. There is no black magic when it comes to Clickup.
ClickMeeting has had a very positive impact on our organization’s objectives. It allows us to run open training sessions and webinars for participants from multiple organizations, reaching more people without the need for travel or large venues. The platform’s reliability and ease of use help us deliver high-quality training efficiently.
