CloudContactAI vs. Mikogo

CloudContactAI is a great platform for communicating with customers and sending them deals. Through CloudContactAI we inform customers about good deals, business updates, and to schedule meetings in bulk. We don't have multiple physical locations, but the clients functionality is a great feature that enables users to create different sub accounts to manage multiple store locations, departments, or clients.

Pros Mikogo is well-suited and cost-effective for the small business Simple & well-designed; easy to figure out. Works best for one-on-one client support. Cons No live customer support Free version has limited features (e.g. no invite meeting allowed) Trial version only 14 days

I give CloudContactAI a 10/10 because it solves all of the issues I have on just one platform. Before I discovered CCAI, I was using multiple platforms to manage all of my communication. This started to become an issue--I had so many tabs on my browser that it began to be counterproductive. CloudContactAI simplifies communication.

CloudContactAI has offered their total support throughout the entire process. They helped me onboard and establish my organization. Whenever I've had a fast, simple question, I was able to consult their documentation page or chatbot on their website to find the support I needed within just a couple of minutes.

I do not have any experience with Mikogo's support as I have never experienced any problem with it.

[CloudContactAI] is a lot better than other products because it offers an insightful blog to help you become a better marketer, video tutorials for every feature.

Mikogo has simple features and is easy to use. If you don't need lots of bells and whistles and just want to screen share or video conference on a small scale Mikogo works best. Join.me & TeamViewer are a bit confusing for the novice small business person. My experience with LogMeIn has been that it's sluggish. GoToMeeting works great but is pricey for the small firm that mainly does one-to-one support/training. I couldn't get Zoom to work right.

• Zero positive impact
• Spend just a little more with products like AnyDesk and get some real ROI
• Short term, the product can be used on a trial basis (or at least it was available as a trial)
