CodeTwo Email Signatures vs. Newoldstamp

Do you want to use the same signatures or do you need more then 1 available signature, that's entirely possible with CodeTwo. You can also set 1 signature as default and have the rest of them on standby for manually selection. We also don't have the problem of our signature being only available on-premise, but everywhere in the cloud and on mobile devices for example.

I actually recommend Newoldstamp to colleagues quite often. It is an excellent and simple product that does exactly what is promised. On the rare occasion that technical support was needed, the support team was very quick to respond, knowledgeable and able to resolve my issue promptly every single time. It seems as though I have been working with the same technical support people as well which I would assume means they have a high employee retention rate, this is always a plus.

• fully integrated with Azure AD. Make the changes in the system and they immediately sync through. Can assign signatures using security groups so new starters are automatically assigned.
• can work everywhere. On the desktop app, on the outloo.com web app. We can even control and make rich branded signatures for mobile apps.
• Very reasonably priced. Really good value for money.
• Good support. Very responsive.
• Signatures can be created in advance and scheduled. Never forget or miss a signature change for an important webinar or shutdown period.

• Changing font type and color doesn't work as expected when editing multiple lines in the simple editor
• The custom scheduler lacks the option to recurrently schedule yearly events, e.g. the yearly Christmas signature from Dec 15 to Jan 15.
• You can preview a signature with real user data when editing the template, but you cannot preview a signature based on multiple rules combined like a regular signature followed by a marketing banner and then a disclaimer.

We will continue to use this product for as many clients as possible - the clients love it and we love the ease of deployment. It makes our jobs and their lives much easier.

The product is easy to use, and user friendly, even for non IT staff. It was fairly simple to get it set up and working. Everything was pretty simple to understand in regards to the GUI. CodeTwo is the only product I've found with the flexibility to handle all scenarios I throw at it ... rules based on hour, recipient, keyword, internal/external, and HTML/RTF/plain text, and on and on.

Creating, updating, duplicating, and organizing signatures is effortless. While we're good designers and could create HTML signatures ourselves, we don't need to. Newoldstamp does it for us.

I've had positive experiences on all occasions when reaching out directly to CodeTwo for support and appreciated the human contact for this purpose with reasonable response and turnaround times as well as guidance.

Great product at a fair price. Does what it promises. Easy to use. Great customer support. Checks all the boxes.

It is important to make sure Active Directory is correctly populated and that content is standardized, eg telephone number formats.

CodeTwo is cheaper per user and has the same features as Exclaimer. Exclaimer's editor was a little nicer, but CodeTwo's has more features. Integration into our tenant was just as fast and good with Exclaimer as it was with CodeTwo. In the end, price is what brought us to CodeTwo.

I'd previously tried to use email signature generators purchased from Graphiriver with little success (too fiddly). Also used the HubSpot free offering but that had severe limitations.

• Great time-saver! Having to configure Outlook signatures on computers and terminal servers is a giant waste of time.
• Uniformity! Forcing structure for all users so the entire company has the same configuration.
• Low price, this software is very economically priced and the "bang for the buck" is phenomenal.
