Follow the CodeTwo Pill!

We used CodeTwo to bring a degree of professionalism to our Corporate Brand. Historically we were using a Word Template that our end users would manually copy into their Outlook signature element. The user could them manipulate this as they desired changing images, fonts and colours - we even had the use of Comic SANs and Wingdings for some reason by people! We also had people include things like working days and hours, qualifications, pronouns etc and they were all inconsistent depending on how people preferred their signature to look. When we look to change imagery, or initiate any form of marketing campaign we would want to advertise it was a proverbial nightmare to get all of our staff to follow instruction. Bringing CodeTwo into the organisation just made all of these problems disappear, we are able to centrally manage and enforce a layout and styling that fits the professional image we want to convey and still respect peoples desires to express themselves with pronouns, qualifications etc but in a consistent and approved format that demonstrates a unified approach to branding. We are able to issue marketing campaigns in a timed format and we are able to make changes to signatures on the fly if we need too. All in all, a happy life ensues!
