Before using CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 software we had users create their
own signatures and it was horrible from a corporate view. Thanks to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 we were able to setup differnt signatures for each department with individual user info straight from Azure AD / Entra. Now everybody
can easily conform to our corporate identity and the workers have one
thing less to worry about.

- Connection to m365 tenant was a breeze, setup was very straightforward.
- Setup of multiple signatures using variables for individual user information out of AAD/Entra is quickly done.
- Defining rules to apply the correct signature to each user is easy and offers plenty of options.
- By using exchanges journaling function emails are being sent to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 as a first step and are returned to exchange with a signature. After that they leave for their final destination. This makes our mail archiving software save two copies of each outgoing mail. Its fine, but might be worth taking into consideration for the future.
- Templates for rules might be a good idea. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 could provide examples of the rules that most of their customers use.
- A dark mode for the website would be highly appreciated.
- Due to better adherence to our corporate identity guidelines our customers perceive us as more professional
- Users dont need to worry about updating their signature individually anymore
- Its easier to use the email signature for advertising about current events, i.e. adding information about upcoming trade shows or new products
Functionality and price as well as support has been outstanding for CodeTwo Email Signatures 365. Havent had a support ticket go unanswered for more than a couple of hours. All answers by their support team have been understanding, polite and always helpful. Would easily recommend to anybody looking for a solution to unify their users mail signatures.

Using CodeTwo Email Signatures 365
80 - All of our users use signatures by CodeTwo Email Signatures 365. We have setup different signatures depending on department and communication language. This way sales users can display upcoming trade show dates or new products. Accounting can have banking information right in the signature and purchasing might have chinese wording in their signature.
1 - There is no need for much supporting once CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 has been setup. The only thing requiring interaction with the software is changing the content of the signature whenever the marketing department wants to push new information using banners in the signature. Other than that it all works automatically. New user being onboarded? No need to change anything in CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 since the signature information is updated straight from AAD/Entra.

I have not purchased premium support. I was completely happy with the basic tier.
CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 has an extensive collection of articles about edge use cases. Their customer support directed me to their documentation when I asked about filtering mails that were generated by answers on Microsoft Planner tasks so that no signature would be added to those.
Their support also helped me research the reason why mails would appear twice in my mail archiving software. It was not even their fault and they still helped me. Absolkutely fantastic.
