Comm100 has been great for getting customers to specific pieces of content (drivers, downloads, collateral, use cases, etc.) while the customer reaches out. The ability to share specific links in the chat window and have a preview appear is especially neat
Powow is well suited for meetings, multi-meetings, and having everyone in the team involved. It simplifies the process of decision-making and any process within our business that needs multiple people working at the same time. It allows people to focus on the meeting instead of taking notes as Powow uses audio transcription to create summaries about everything said. It also allows getting relevant insights and analytics that are really helpful for the business. In my own case, being a fashion and design store requires hand on meetings and work that can't be done thru the internet. Also, for very important meetings or information, you can't really rely on the transcripts as they are not perfect. Even though Powow is relatively new, it has mainly positive aspects.

ZoomInfo chat is a very good tool for user engagement on the website and lead conversion. It's a very good tool that provides live chat, chat boat, and also a meeting scheduler so that customers can choose the preferred time to discuss with the sales team. It's very good for improving the productivity of the sales team and acquiring quality customers.

We have a live chat icon on the website, so users can easily contact us for instant support.
Previously, we had to use email as the main contact channel. By using live chat, we found the conversation rate improved a lot, as customers are happier to get instant support.

It is really great at integrations. We were able to plug in Slack without breaking a sweat. And it works really well with our other tools as well.
Implementation and setup was very easy and smooth. I actually anticipated it to be a lot bumpier but I was surprised at how quickly and smoothly it went.
They have a great support team too. Anytime we have gotten in touch with them, we have had a great experience.

This is the main feature, so they've designed it well with companies like mine in mind. It's fast, clean, efficient, and perfectly integrates with main Zoom sales products, which is something every single one of us uses. So the synergy was already on the table before we started. Highly easy to use, minimal training required.

Customer support seems pretty good — though we haven't had many issues, our experience with getting them to troubleshoot our Salesforce integration was really the only frustrating part. We had to repeat ourselves a bunch, and the issue never really went away. We just ignored it and moved beyond
After a lot of research, Comm100 was our first choice. No other platform seemed as robust or provided us with as much room for growth as Comm100 did/does.
Even though all of the mentioned platforms are helpful for meetings and teamwork, Powow is so much better. First, it allows multi-meetings, facilitating the job of the managers and heads of every team to be involved in all the work done. Also, it has audio transcripts that avoid the need for note-taking, making people pay full attention to the meeting. Provides as well insights and analysis related to the business and meeting content that are really helpful for the business. The AI component to extract patterns and sentiments across multiple meetings is a huge tool for managers and heads of teams to identify key issues and mitigate risks.

As I mentioned, it's more than just a ChatBot. The ChatBot is just another feature that it offers, but it allows you to talk to the website traffic which otherwise would have gone without interacting with your website. Sometimes even retargeting ads fail to target such valuable visitors, that is where ZoomInfo chat plays its role.

It was quite simple to set up. We've tried a few different chat services on our website before, but the integration process is never as simple as the documentation suggests. Installing and configuring this, including integrating it to Slack, was actually quite simple.
