Overall Satisfaction with Insent

Insent along with my HubSpot has really helped me personalize the experience for my ABM strategy. Insent has a seamless integration with HubSpot which has really helped us to identify and keep tabs on our prospects.

Pros

Cons

  • No mobile app.
  • Noticed a few bugs which I have reported.
  • Warmer prospect support & management.
  • Chatbot is helpful for SDR.
As a fresh product in the market, support is very warm and they are putting out an earnest effort in fixing reported bugs!
