And I mean that wholeheartedly, only because my experience has been so wonderful, and one of the things that I was warned against moving to Conga CLM was support. "Oh, their support's not that great." Absolutely wrong. I have received nothing but top-notch service support and there have been a lot of service requests for me only because of my gap in knowledge and every single person, one person in particular, always was jumped right in, very quick to respond, didn't just throw a knowledge article at me, actually said, "Hey, let's get on a Zoom together. Let's figure out what the issue is, and let's figure out what the solution is. " And it's that game changer for me. I'm very big on customer service, and Conga's support staff is amazing. I give a 12 on that. The product itself is just easy, and the team loves it. It works great. I work directly with sales, and we're actually wanting to get more of our documents into Conga CLM. Right now, we just have our master service agreement and some of our order forms, but we have other amendments and addendums and other business lines that we're trying to get into the system. It's just finding time.

Mhelpdesk is perfect for smaller companies and mid-sized companies I would say. Larger companies may need something a little more advanced for lack of better words or able to handle thousands upon thousands of constant work orders, etc. Smaller companies or companies that are mid-size would benefit from this program the most as it provides the necessary programming to succeed along with its ease of use.

Template driven contract creation: when sales team needs to generate multiple contracts per day, instead of manually drafting each contract , by Conga CLM we can select pre approved template and system auto fills pricing details , customer name, legal terms etc
Renewal and obligation tracking: Conga CLM sends automated alerts when renewal noticed needs to be send 30days before expiry. It also flags upcoming renewals.
Audit trail and compliance: Conga CLM logs every action automatically and supports regulatory compliance like SOX audit.

mHelpDesk lacks in its expansion ability of multiple administrator types. We have executive level, midlevel, and department level administrators in addition to the tech, managers, etc. working directly with the system. It seems we are always about one admin level shy of what we need and are unable to create it.
mHelpDesk sometimes has difficulty with its mobile tracking either being accurate as seen by the administrators or in locking up the mobile devices of the techs. It is not a constant issue yet one which occurs often enough to be of note.
mHelpDesk doesn't track automatically so our mobile techs can shut that off. While that may be a disciplinary operational issue for us as well, we should be able to lock that setting "on" so our users are tracked which using the app.

Simple and easy to use for the legal team to creates contracts in Salesforce and with the help of conga contract attaches the different clauses through the bundle and sends them for negotiation and for signature. I would give it a 10 because it's easy. The way that we've set it up and the process, you know, when you're working with a sales team, which is what I work with, they need something easy to learn and quick because they need to concentrate on making sales. So you got to give them that. And that's exactly what Conga CLM has offered to us, a very easy platform that they can get their contracts out the door, we can get to clients and then they can move on to their next sale.

Conga CLM’s availability has been solid in my experience as for a logistics company like ours that needs access across time zones and departments, Conga CLM is a great solution.

Conga CLM performs reliably across our organization. It handles large volumes of contracts without lag, keeps workflows flowing smoothly, and processes automation tasks efficiently. The system remains responsive, even during busy days, no performance lag.

Very very difficult to get support. The support team is great for simple, general questions. If we ran into anything complex, we usually would figure it out before they could help us. We often were bounced around from rep to rep

Conga University is the best! loved it. The courses are very well designed which makes learning easy and great. I have taken courses for conga contracts, composer, conga sign, and conga batch. Courses are beneficial if you want to implement Conga products for your clients or for your organization. Highly recommended to sign up for Conga university and start learning

Conga CLM capabilities and speed is very good compared to other CLM solutions and also scalable and easy to configure and manage the enhancements. Conga CLm is also great for multiple verticals and users from various departments can easily adopt to the CLM applications or tool. The eas of use is also a factor

When we first started using Mhelpdesk, RepairShopr was just a blip on our radar and didn't have the feature-set that Mhelpdesk did. RepairShopr looked great, but the Mhelpdesk had a lot more features. Every 6 months or so, I'd check on RepairShopr and it was growing fast and adding new features all the time. After a few years - the difference was night and day so we switched to RepairShopr and it's been a much better fit for our business.

Based on my experience using Conga CLM across a growing logistics operation with varied departments, I’d confidently rate its overall scalability a 9 out of 10. Provides multi site support, has proven ready for the long haul and provides a secure environment.

The time saved for our Legal team to generate and go through redlining for customers allows us to process the create the multitude of contracts that come through the system daily quickly and correctly.
Sales is able to get accurate information relatively quickly and get contracts in customers hands faster due to the tools available. This provides our business a much more sustainable and quick ability to grow.
