Cool Tabs vs. ZoomInfo Chat

In general, it works as some kind of manual on how the particular baseline of your social networks can be improved, and it provides the right assessment at the same time so that I can analyze my data based on my results. Also, they count on excellent technical assistance. Earlier it was hard to go search hashtags on my Instagram but after using this I can get more deep analytics, geotag research, and profile analytics to get great information about the keywords I want to know about. The pricing is great, as well as the support team which replies very quickly.

ZoomInfo chat is a very good tool for user engagement on the website and lead conversion. It's a very good tool that provides live chat, chat boat, and also a meeting scheduler so that customers can choose the preferred time to discuss with the sales team. It's very good for improving the productivity of the sales team and acquiring quality customers.

• It provides a wide range of settings options to your social media promotions.
• Is easy to use for developing and managing promotions.
• It offers an very complete tool to extract information about your promotions.
• The support service is highly advisable: fast and adequate to satisfy users' needs.

• It is really great at integrations. We were able to plug in Slack without breaking a sweat. And it works really well with our other tools as well.
• Implementation and setup was very easy and smooth. I actually anticipated it to be a lot bumpier but I was surprised at how quickly and smoothly it went.
• They have a great support team too. Anytime we have gotten in touch with them, we have had a great experience.

• Interface is a bit difficult.

• It could improve on total data provided when a lead is sent
• Integrate intro messages, or give a confidence index on how often the lead is replying. They have this feature in other zoom products
• Allow visitors to directly contact sales team or marketing.

I have a good relationship with the customer service and I love to help them to promote their service.

Because it lacks customization options for its aesthetics. We did a specific adaptation for registering entries and participants, and it worked perfectly. It's a very comprehensive tool for launching viral campaigns for all types of businesses. We will continue working on campaigns in collaboration with Cool Tabs. This is the main feature, so they've designed it well with companies like mine in mind. It's fast, clean, efficient, and perfectly integrates with main Zoom sales products, which is something every single one of us uses. So the synergy was already on the table before we started. Highly easy to use, minimal training required.

As a fresh product in the market, support is very warm and they are putting out an earnest effort in fixing reported bugs!

The application allows you to create contests for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube.You can choose the objective of your campaign, whether it is to increase followers, improve your brand awareness, etc., and you can run various types of promotional initiatives, including giveaways, games, and quizzes.

As I mentioned, it's more than just a ChatBot. The ChatBot is just another feature that it offers, but it allows you to talk to the website traffic which otherwise would have gone without interacting with your website. Sometimes even retargeting ads fail to target such valuable visitors, that is where ZoomInfo chat plays its role.

• Cool Tabs allows us to tweak our social media pages to suit the customers' interaction.
• When the customer is engaged, they are more likely to share and or inquire about what we do.
• Since we have been using this, we have had a 10% increase in customer engagement, which in return, helps us deliver quality information.

• It was quite simple to set up. We've tried a few different chat services on our website before, but the integration process is never as simple as the documentation suggests. Installing and configuring this, including integrating it to Slack, was actually quite simple.
• Fabulous chatbot arrangement that expanded our site changes.
