Pros	The 'monitor' section ('listen') is very powerful! You can quickly see what is said about your product and theme and what the sentiment about that is, now and in the past. We love the alerts you can set. They are more accurate and quicker than Google alerts. When you reply to reactions from your followers you can see their history instantly. This helps connecting with them better. In 'publish' all posted and planned posts are in one view. You can easily re-use posts. The support is very good. They answer always in a day. Performance	No answers on this topic	Mention works quickly and its user interface is easy to use. Alerts update regularly and I've never noticed any lag. It integrates with our CRM via Zapier, but this is not something which we use yet. The only thing I would say is that it takes time for Mention to reach its full potential. Any problem we had with the software, from login trouble to broken features were addressed quickly. There was once a problem with our quota, where we were unable to see results we should have been able to see. We sent an email, and within an hour, the situation was resolved! Normally when you have a question, you want it answered right now, but that was a bit of a problem for them. Mention is very quick with support and understanding of their own program. Return on Investment	Positive impact on communications strategies. Negative impact as product is often used for collecting metrics. Most of Coosto's metrics shouldn't be used for strategic or design decisions. It makes me appear active on all social media platforms, even if I ONLY look at my mentions each day! Because I have only used the free plan but have benefitted greatly, I would say that my ROI is fantastic!
