Cordial vs. LeanData

Cordial has multiple options to create a message: single campaign, automation, orchestration and sculpt templates, which are drag-and-drop type functionalities but each of these blocks are based on HTML content so a user needs to be technically savvy. I would avoid using HTML includes as it is not possible to see which include a customer received. The team is fabulous, they know the tool and are dedicated to the success of the business. They are quick to respond and provide feedback. Reporting and analytics are very manual if you are combining multiple days in a test.

It is best because it works like a native Salesforce application. It is not a campaign tool or a reporting tool. Routing match and reporting match are not the same thing. If you put every campaign exception on the graph instead of in a table, the graph diagram gets too big to maintain.

• LeanData's UX is top notch. I love how intuitive the FlowBuilder is, and how it helps visualize a process. I don't need to use another tool to map out the flow, and then build it again in LeanData. I also love the testing feature.
• LeanData support is amazing. So communicative, and helpful. They were so helpful during onboarding, and continue to be a great resource as we optimize.
• Territory management/Routing/user scheduling is super easy in LeanData. Far more robust than other solutions out there.

• Some of the tasks on the platform are still technical in nature and often requires the help of a developer or technical marketer. But I've witnessed great strides towards accessibility and ease of use for non-technical marketers over the past three years.
• A lot of the templating must be built from scratch.
• Deliverability insights (out of the box) could be expanded further.

• When uploading leads from a tradeshow, if you have multiple leads from the same company, LeanData will create multiple opportunities. We created a work-around to add a delay to the second individual from each company so that LeanData would not create the duplicate opportuntity, but the ability to do that out of the box would be nice.
• We have a complex salesforce instance with complicated hierarchies. Sometimes LeanData will match to the incorrect account. We would like it to match to the headquarters.

Have renewed 3x already. It's the best system we've seen for managing actions and outputs across multiple platforms

It has. a really specific use case, but it has delivered all that it has promised. There has been no missing piece of the puzzle in the way we are actually using our tool; everything that was promised is in there, and we have been able to use it swimmingly.

Fantastic customer success team that ensures deployment starts off on the right foot. There is room for improvement on the side of straategic planning and business consulting services offered by LeanData. I recommend working with an experienced consultant or third party who has implemented the product before.

I selected LeanData as it's more scalable, very user-friendly, easy to work on and be integrated with existing SFDC workflows. I really find it more visually appealing compared to Traction Complete as it's, for me, complicated, cumbersome, has a learning curve with it

• It's allowed me more time to dig into other larger projects.
• It helps me avoid spending too much time on manual tasks like list analysis and lead routing.
• It provides audit logs so I don't waste time digging to find the source of an error.
