Even if Covercy doesn't have a feature that we would like or need, we are always given workarounds or suggestions on alternative solutions. Our suggestions for portal improvements are always considered and being worked on by the development team. Covercy is working on improving the customer and investor experience
UpLead is well suited for environments where there is a lot of accurate contact information to research mainly generating sales for a business. On the other hand, businesses that don't require searching up a huge amount of contact data and that doesn't add up to the sales of a business do not need to use this software.

More data on small and start-up companies, but this situation is understandable.
Collecting a long list of contacts, especially of overseas companies, can sometimes take a while as UpLead is verifying the data. But the wait is typically understandable and worth it.
Sometimes I struggle with translating job functions in a foreign language, but this is easy to overcome.
The tool is robust, it's powerful, it's accurate, and it's extremely helpful and pivotal in my current banking sales role. I could not succeed without UpLead's accurate data and contact information. Our experience has been excellent so far. The only hiccup that we have had happen was when we were testing our signed document and signature process and the document wasn't initially sending. We figured out why it wasn't sending and were able to correct that issue in a very timely manner.
I believe that Covercy is the only solution that is currently allowing Real Estate firms to distribute funds to their investors directly through the platform. Also, both other solutions are pretty expensive compared to the reasonable pricing that Covercy has in place (function of a number of properties rather than AuM or other methods).
UpLead costs a bit more, but I found the data on UpLead to be well worth it in comparison and it was easier to transfer to our CRM (HubSpot). I like how they also provide useful API integration into UpLead and I hope they begin to offer more automation in the future.
The ROI I can provide is for time management. It saves us at least 2 days' worth of work each quarter on capital distributions alone, and at least 30 minutes on each report distribution. Not to mention the amount of time it saves us on fielding client questions regarding their capital because they can just log in and see everything on their portal.
I haven't been using UpLead long but I have generated interest in our company with several large accounts. Each one of them can add several million in revenue to our company.
