Creativity 365 vs Google Drive

The platform is well suited for different situations depending on who is using it and with what purpose. It can definitely be used by freelancers for business-related projects, by illustrators and designers for brainstorming sessions and sketches, by students for studying, and by educators for teaching and research. But I think these apps aren't suitable for large-scale projects like editing a feature film or creating an animated feature film.

Google Drive is perfect for team projects and as a cloud if you want to access your files from any computer or device. You do have to make sure to sign in to your account to access if the device you're on doesn't have the app downloaded to it. I wouldn't suggest using Google Drive if you're not on one of your main devices (i.e. on a public computer).

The apps are super easy to use.
Creativity 365 software pack encompasses a wide range of functionalities, overlapping between each other to offer a complete toolset.
It is great for capturing and highlighting important website contents with PDF Markup.
Write-On Video is very helpful to spice up my videos and mash photos and videos together to create new content.

Google Drive allows you to upload files in different types of formats
This software offers a large storage space and its developers work continuously in order to expand it even more
I can access my information from any platform (smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer)

There is a big problem when you share a document within a group of people and that is that anyone who have accces to the document can erase without any warning to the other members of the group, this can be very dangerous if you have problems in your teamwork and someone wants to sabotage the job.
Google Drive unlike gmail and another apps has no opportunity to use without internet connection, that means that you do not have the opportunity to work or consult a document if your internet connection it is down or it is unstable.
Google Drive only offers a limited number of free gygabytes of storage, if you manage big files like music or videos you can have some trouble because if you do not want to pay for the premium version, you have to constantly erase your files every time you need to put new ones on the app.

For its compatibility, easiness, quick responses, user interface, storage capacity, files management and file listings. These are some of the reasons for giving higher ratings and Google Drive has become an integral part of my professional life. We use this software on daily basis and most of the time saving lot of time.

While I might feel like the phone is too small to use to create content, they have done a great job in creating a UI / UX that doesn't prohibit you from creating that content on your phone. On a full blown desktop they have done a great job in creating a suite of office tools that can compete with Microsofts' Office suite. While saying that I do think it's fair to point out that Excel will still knock the socks off of a Google Sheet, due to the fact that it's running in a browser.

Its surprising features always amaze me and make me use Google Drive. There is one [benefit] that is more of a neat feature than a benefit, but it’s still worth mentioning. Google Drive’s image recognition technology can easily recognize the content of my pictures. For instance, if I have visited a famous landmark on a recent vacation and upload my photo in front of it, the picture comes up when one searches for that landmark using Google Drive’s search.

It takes a few days for customer support to get back to you. Although, I have not had to use support too often. Once you get an email back, they are very thorough and work hard to fix the problem quickly. It is a really great resource and a great way to get the help you need if you're stuck. A phone call also works quickly but you have to call during specific times.

It's an extremely easy software to implement, once you sign up for a google account you automatically have access to google drive with a set amount of storage space. The business or Google Suite accounts have more storage space than a regular free account, but setting up and accessing google drive is very easy in both cases

Airtable integrates with 25 different applications and software to make collaboration easier, while Creativity 365 only integrates with 13. Even though key features of Creativity 365 and Airtable should matter you should also carefully explore the integrations provided by each product. Very often you will already be making use of various kinds of SaaS software in your company and it’s much more beneficial to choose software that integrates well with each other. If you do that you will be able to guarantee an effortless transfer of data between your teams and software used, which can significantly reduce the time spent on migrating between one solution and the next.

Having the ability to create, edit, and collaborate in a real time environment is hands down what set Google Drive above all the competitors for my business. I have stored files in Box, Dropbox, OneDrive, Copy, and even MediaFire. Once I was set on Google Drive, I increased my storage plan and migrated all files into one source and it has been so efficient!

Return on Investment

It has definitely reduced work load times, and allows me more time to work on important projects.
The PDF mark up and the ability to write text over videos has made presentations a lot more efficient to create and thus is time saving.
Using NoteLedge to take notes and add photos to those notes helps with being better organized.

I would definitely say Google drive has been crucial for many of the businesses I’ve been a part of. There’s no other collaboration system that works quite as well or is as easy to learn and use as Google drive. Plus, it helps that Google is an empire when it comes to platforms such as this; it makes syncing a breeze.
