• Crelate allows you to quickly import candidates to your database from LinkedIn. Very good resource that is quick and user friendly!

As it is very user friendly, you can use it even in companies where people are not yet digital, they should not have any problem with the system. The implementation must be done in house so you need a small dedicated team. In our case, we put 5 people together for 1 day and were able to customize the system.

There are still some minor youth issues so you need to be a bit flexible.

• Crelate has a very useful SMS system where you can engage with candidates via text and receive quick responses
• Crelate has generally useful widgets such as bookmarks, engagement activities, and ad response tracking

• The time saving is very good as the whole recruitment process is significantly improved.
• The video function is very good and helps in the recruitment process, also because we often have applicants from abroad.

• Interface isn't great - there's a lot of clicking around required that I wish was streamlined
• This isn't a self-explanatory platform - you have to dig around a while before you figure out how to use some features, like the filtering of contacts, for example. There's a place that you'd think you filter, but that actually changes the contacts list instead.
• It often crashes and you have to sign out and sign back in for it to work again.

• The lack of follow-up, on-line, regarding muli-posting on publications. An additional email is often required.
• A documentation on how to use Skeeled to share with the different users.
• A link with Outlook when scheduling interviews.

Skeeled is a userfriendly recruitment platform that enables a company to effectively follow-up their entire recruitment process

Usually the Crelate support is very responsive and quick to fix any problems that arise. I've personally seen emails of the threads where Crelate support was quick to resolve problems and act courteously while doing so. While I have never called their line, it seems that their phone support is also well experienced.

The support team is very reactive and competent. Being a young company, Skeeled also takes customer wishes into consideration for further developments.

• better support than zoho, not as good (but getting there) as PCR

Reduction of the number of paper applications and CVs sent by email, centralized all the candidates’ information in one place. The things we value the most are candidate comparison, the comment section on the candidate profile, email templates and bulk emailing option, personal interview scheduling, and job multiposting. We would not change this tool to go back to our previous provider.
