CultureIQ vs. Lattice

Engagement-monitoring and putting actions into place has been key for our company. We are seeing teams collaborating throughout the organization based on results and fixes we have put into place with this product

It's good for completing performance reviews and setting goals. However, goals should have a different setup, as I mentioned in the previous question. The company also uses it for pulse surveys and one large survey that goes out each year. While I don't have anything to do with compiling that data, it seems to be functional for the HR team. Their goal is to make sure that large survey is as anonymous as possible and that they are able to effectively compile the data. They share it with us. The org chart could be more user-friendly too.

• Giving me up to date information and tasks that enable me to complete necessary training experiences.
• Giving me a user friendly interface/platform that allows me to communicate with coworkers, supervisor, etc.
• It notifies me when I have things to do, and when I have completed necessary tasks.
• It gives me a bank of completed tasks so that I can chronologically follow my progress over time as I have been with my organization.

• I feel functionality for quick surveys can be improved.

• Navigating on the website can be confusing. Webpage design can be improved.
• Management Reviews could be more specific. They are only given one text box to provide feedback on Self-Reviews.
• The way in which goals are set and how to edit them is confusing. Found myself with repeating goals from a previous quarter even though I tried to turn them off as they were complete.

Lattice Support is not that good. We have had to have calls with them in the past and their product team did not have a lot of knowledge about their product. I believe they are able to provide a much better level of service and that would increase my likelihood to work with them again.

No comparison, this really measured engagement by asking the right questions and ways to really understand the data.

We previously used ADP's Performance Mgmt module and found it to not meet any of our needs. In the fall of 2020, I sourced/contacted three vendors - Lattice, Goal Span & Performance Culture & had demos of their offerings. Lattice checked all of the boxes we were seeking; implementation was fast & we were able to kickoff our first review the end of November as we normally do - what a huge positive difference we immediately saw!!

• I can’t capture onboarding per class when we have less than 4 respond.
• It took some conversations to understand the meaning of a couple of questions.

• At first he doesn’t make sense to fill out but after time does hold you accountable.
• As I mentioned before it’s a great way to have positive interactions to show public restroom fashion in your company.
• I’m not familiar with the cost but it seems like a good software and I enjoy using it.
