Overall Satisfaction with Lattice
We sourced several vendors for a solution to our Performance Management dilemma late last summer; ADP provided a product that was completely ineffective for our needs. Lattice offered everything in a platform that we needed/wanted and they were selected as our vendor of choice - hands down, the best out there! Among the solutions Lattice offered us is their calibration component, which ensures a less time-consuming manual process. We're using it across the organization in our CA, TX, and VA sites.
- User-friendly approach for employees and managers
- Calibration process
- Admin's can set-up reviews with ease now
- Communications, such as reminders, are sent timely and generate action by both employees and managers
- Customer service is stellar with real-time chats, which provide guidance and/or resolutions to any issue we may face during a review cycle
- Compensation application would alleviate a complex matrix system that we currently use; this is something Lattice has in development currently and we look forward to utilizing it in the future
- Simple, fast review setup

- The Calibration process
- The 1:1 feature for meeting with employee/manager has been a great feature for us
- We have a workforce of 700, who largely have never had a performance review - since buying the module, it is holding the managers accountable to the process - no employee needs to be in the dark with how they're doing
- The employees value the decreased time that it takes to perform their self-assessments - world's apart from the complicated system we had before in our HRIS provider.
- The managers value the decreased time it takes to initiate/complete the employee review discussion process, as they now have a much more streamlined manner of doing so since partnering with Lattice
We previously used ADP's Performance Mgmt module and found it to not meet any of our needs. In the fall of 2020, I sourced/contacted three vendors - Lattice, Goal Span & Performance Culture & had demos of their offerings. Lattice checked all of the boxes we were seeking; implementation was fast & we were able to kickoff our first review the end of November as we normally do - what a huge positive difference we immediately saw!!
