CVViZ vs. Visibility Software Cyber Recruiter

CvViz is more suited to technical roles. You can run video interviews and tests where you can observe the practical skills of applicants i.e getting developers to code/debug. It's also good for verbal communication skills testing i.e recording role play with prospective sales employees. The downside is that you can't really use this to test the project management skills of prospects, but that isn't a failing of CvViz specifically, it's more about the lack of virtual recruitment tests for this space.

Recruiting new personnel is always a challenge, since making the right decision is not always an easy task, but with Cyber Recruiter the process is easier since it has an ideal, intuitive platform with great customization power to acquire the right person. In addition, this system has effective automation to reduce human errors.

• Centralized dashboard to keep up with the key metrics like total resumes and pass through rate
• Multi vendor and multi customer so hiring for all companies or clients. perfect for recruitment agencies
• Easily filter all the candidates by status, source, tags, qualifications and so much more

• The good thing about Cyber Recruiter is that it has a good database, plus I can get back in touch with applicants I've talked to before.
• Cyber Recruiter takes care of the selection process from start to finish, this function allows us to trust that the choice will be the right one.
• Anyone who wants to apply can do so quickly.

• The mobile experience specifically for job posting is lacking. Some of the drop-down elements don't appear in mobile view.
• The 'add candidate to database' section via web shouldn't have qualification as a mandatory field. Not all qualifications are standardized so it limits searching.
• You can only post by local currency which can be an issue if you're looking to recruit freelancers from other countries as you can't attract them via their local currency.

• One thing that would be really helpful is for Cyber to accept .pdf formats of resumes. Many candidates now have their resume as a pdf, not word, and it is a shame that I have to copy and paste their resume into their system, which ruins the candidates' formatted resume. If anything that is the big thing that could use a change: Cyber should accept both word docs and .pdfs
• Sometimes Cyber gets a bit slow when I try saving a note, or send an email through Cyber. It is not often, and it does eventually go through in the end. I did check to see if it was the internet but everything else was running just fine, so I know it is Cyber when it happens. It gets stressful at times when you have a bunch of things to do in the day through Cyber, and it is acting very slow.

It is a product that we will not stop using, since we cannot go back to the past and carry out the selection processes of new personnel manually, with Visibility Software Cyber Recruiter it is an automatic process that generates results in a short time.

It is a software that is integrated into our marketing department, and although it is frequently used in the Human Resources department, we also use it, since we work together to choose the most qualified personnel, it is a simple and really intuitive system to use. .

Only used Indeed before so I didn't know what was possible when it came to recruiting and resume management software. Then I discovered CVViZ and was blown away by its collection of easy-to-use features. It has a great roadmap and a dedicated team of developers and to ensure it's going to be a fantastic investment.

Our decision came down to ease of use, the software offered a lot of neat features we were searching for and was user friendly

• Custom recruitment tool helps us add value to our clients because it centralizes where data is stored.
• Negative part is there are no white label options.
• Easy to scale and deploy keeps us agile and able to increase workload without a dip in performance.

• Although Cyber Recruiter is said to be expensive software in the Human Resources department, there is no denying that good profits have been made by acquiring new staff. It is a very scalable software with advantages that are made known to us day by day, the system improves our workflow and increases correct decision-making.
