If you are looking to enrich your existing database, Data Axel Genie isn't the easiest tool to use. I do like how the contacts are verified, however, you have to pay PER contact if you are enriching, and if you merged existing infrastructures, it's not as easy to clean out your database. And it is very costly for this company.

Undoubtedly this is the ideal software for the sales and marketing department, as it saves a lot of time in the search for customers and has tools that automate many processes that were previously manual. This is one of the programs we have worked with the best, that is why we recommend it.

  • I liked the organization of the database it was easy to maneuver.
  • Search was fairly easy to maintain.
  • If you want to create a list of leads this will work. However, it is primarily for consumer leads not B2B.

  • Email verification prior to download/charge
  • Helpful customer service who you can work directly with to pull lists. It's great to work with someone who can tell you exactly how many verified leads you could pull without having to use credits.

  • Lead quality isn't always the best - as with many databases of this nature. We have to expect that we'll have a high bounce and unsubscribe rate when using these leads.

  • Positive nice organization to establish a call list
  • Nice structure, great way to target hot or cold leads. Great way to get your feet wet

  • Positive - We've been able to append records and add them to our targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Negative - We've added some junk to our database, as a result, which has affected our deliverability rates.
  • Negative - We did get a complaint and inquiry from one particular record about sending them an unsolicited email.
