Any company that deals with the retention of important data should have Keepit to ensure operational security and data confidentiality. In scenarios such as using file servers in SharePoint, Teams, or Google Workspace, it's a tool that offers complete integration and helps save IT a lot of time on security incidents or human errors in file deletion. The fact that it only restores what is not in the folder, or backs up each version of the file given the snapshot date you choose, is fantastic. Easy to automate tasks in Delphix (Bookmark, Rewind, Refresh, etc.) and build pipelines in tools like Jenkins. Enables CI/CD push button build of new virtual database and also the ability to automate regression testing scenarios as well as provide a simple way to expose self-service to developers & testers.
The staff at Delphix are knowledgeable and take a genuine interest in helping their customers succeed. The support organization is among the best I've seen.
Delphix is good at notifying customers of bugs & features striking a good balance on sending the right amount and type of communication.
Delphix is always improving the product and fixing any bugs quickly and transparently.
Delphix Data Masking product works as described and allows for multiple streams of masking concurrently to complete masking faster.

Delphix is a hefty solution for virtualization, but it is not strong enough for the creation of data, so we have to use another platform when it comes to creating new data.
Moreover, Delphix web pages do not support AD security groups which eventually results in hassle if you have a large number of users to create and maintain passwords.

Keepit is an awesome product that garantees a result with a simple interface, and a quick configuration integration. Nowadays the service is really good and all requests have been replied to very quickly, and that´s important for our satisfaction. The possibility of multiple points recovery is a plus as well.

Such a simple solution to use. User friendly, intuitive, processes can be completed in minutes instead of hours with restoring from tape, and requesting the return of tapes from the off site location, thus saving many hours and cost of storage. Also gives the end user a better experience as files can be restored almost immediately.

Delphix support could be a little better. It seems sometimes we bounce through support engineers until we get one that understands our issues and know how to fix it.

Support helped us to set up SSO and MFA with our Azure AD Accounts. Once when the backup was failing, they could help us to investigate the reason and find a stale account that was preventing the backup. They are really concerned that the backup works and not only want to close the ticket like other support hotlines.

The communication from KeepIT was on point, we did the implementation based on very little information as it was so easy to deploy, yet super powerful, it is a great tool.

The other competitors in the market are Solix and Data Global and SAP. The pricing and the UI are much simpler and easy to put Delphix in the top spot.

We previously used Veeam to backup data from O365 to local servers. We had other SaaS platforms we needed to include and move from local to cloud backups. While Veeam does have multiple cloud options but compared with Keepit it was overly complicated and less cost effective. Keepit was a no-brainer in terms of simplicity and having a single 360 dashboard.
