Deltek ConceptShare vs. Diligent Boards

For a design firm that specializes in graphic design, I can see this program being essential. As an Architectural firm, however, this was nice, but not necessary for our use. It was much quicker for reviewing graphic design work and approving it, it was not much faster than typical emailing in my opinion. The benefit comes with being able to comment on work directly and see other people's comments.

Diligent Boards are great for formal meetings of the Board. It does offer many features, so sometimes it may appear to be convoluted when trying to conduct a simple task. Also, I think it would be more helpful if there was a number to call to troubleshoot instead of a chat (although this may be already offered).

It was the end user interface that ultimately sold me on Diligent Boards. I also appreciated the customer service center being Diligent employees, the high level of security features, and the single username and password for directors with multiple Diligent Boards sites.
