Demodesk
Demodesk is perfect for sales and marketing professionals, particularly in the technology & software space. Instead of screen sharing a demonstration, you can use their platform. This causes many fewer issues with lagging, poor internet connection, etc., which causes a much smoother demonstration of the software. It is great for marketing as well as being able to incorporate branding and improving consistency in the appearance of sales meetings.

GetAccept has shown great progress in the digital electronic signature market, we have had almost no problems since adopting it, although at some point we thought about stopping using the GetAccept server. It is very practical for both the client and the advisor using it. It has a very intuitive interface and the management is amazing.

  • The graphical interface needs some improvements, especially on the mobile version, to speed up the various operations.
  • Some operations are not fully automated. For example, there are no templates available to create a contract proposal.
  • GetAccept does not allow you to gradually monitor the changes made by customers.

The Customer Support team was responsive. I typically submitted questions while I was using the app and via the web. The FAQ support base was alright. I cannot recall a time when I used that as opposed to connecting with a rep. I believe all communication was via email. Dalius was great at soliciting feedback. I particularly valued him offering support for best practices as it related to more strategic ways to use GetAccept.

The recording space in the cloud and the virtual display is something Microsoft Teams is missing. As per my personal experience, Demodesk is much more faster than other conference tools. Also, it's more reliable when the internet connection is low or not good. The lag rate is a lot less, which makes this tool a differentiator.

It has the maximum features as compared to its competitors which are a quite useful and enhanced program that enables in order to do the CRM easy.   • Being able to engage prospects who have not signed the contract as quickly as you would have liked them is a huge plus.
  • Being able to see how long the prospect has viewed certain parts of a proposal or contract is a massive added on value.
