Dialpad Ai Sales Center vs. Sales Dialers Pro

-I recommend Dialpad if you are in sales or Customer Service -Dialpad is great for any team or group as it does allow for not only individual feedback but great feedback and collaboration tools for a team -This is also a great tool for training and acclimating new employees -Overall, I believe Dialpad can be used in any industry

I believe Intercloud9 and Mojo are both way better in all areas

• Speed of the messages that are sent are excellent!
• The voicemail drop section so i dont have to resay the reason for the call to multiple clients with the same issue
• The saving of information so i dont have to retype everything over again

• Multi-line dialing (4 lines max)
• Nothing else

• The transcript of Voice intelligence AI works good but can be improved
• When a recording is being played it doesn't sync well with the transcripts. Not a big issue but can be improved
• Sometimes I encountered Voice delay even when with good internet connection
• Rest everything seems fine. Dialpad has everything we need.

• Policies (cancelations have to be done with 24 hours even if you don't use the software)
• Integrations don't work well and are clunky
• Ability to customize is lacking
• Overall call quality and system quality is poor
• Reporting and getting information out of the system is almost impossible
• Managers cannot access reps' info, they have to log in as the rep

We love using Dialpad and will continue to use it

I think that Skype for Business was a clunky system to use and didn't seem as up-to-date with their interface as Dialpad Sell does. I have found that Slack does a better job at communicating within the company, but Dialpad Sell is still the best system for external outreach.

Mojo and InterCloud9 are far superior in all ways.

• It has made management of my team easier by showing me who is available for calls and real-time analytics of my call queue and metrics
• I have a better sense of the issues people are calling about since I can read along with the call and look out for potential widespread issues

• Negative impact, as I did not use their software after the paid trial and they still charged me for the next month and refused to refund it.
• They were rude
• Customer service was terrible
