The single reason I chose Zoho reports over other such platforms is the fact it is well integrated with other Zoho products like Creator, CRM which we use as well. In addition, it is very easy to sync with MySQL tables and offers MySQL coding.
Displayr is perfectly suited for any insights or data people that understand the type of analysis they want to do, but don't know R code - or just want to get to results more quickly than coding themselves. It's probably not the best learning ground, if you've never done any quantitative analysis before, but then neither are traditional tools like SPSS or Q.
Using Klipfolio is one of the finest ways we can expand our business because it is so simple to use and always has new features that make it better. We also appreciate the excellent customer service they offer. There are several benefits to making this investment in your company's efficiency and profitability. We think it's worth the money.
Zoho Analytics is the best way to consume data created by Zoho products . It's robust and quick build formula libraries and auto generated reports. A data source can be integrated and be ready for consumption within minutes. This gives a well developed baseline for organizing to develop advance analytics. It's mobile dashboards are very intuitive and useful for leaders who are on the move.
The intuitive interface and menus make it easy to quickly learn Displayr and find the types of data transformation or analysis that we're looking to do.
The support level from Displayr's team is FIRST CLASS. Where othe platforms force you to an FAQ or AI chat bot, Displayr's team will jump in first hand, into our data, or on a live call, and help us run a new type of analysis or troubleshoot a problem.
The ability to work collaboratively, asynchronously and remotely, on the same data set and report is a really huge plus for us.
The in-built options for multivariate analysis cover 99.9% of anything we have - or will - ever need to run.
Zoho Analytics’ predictive analytics capabilities can help forecast future trends, allowing for proactive planning and risk management.
Performance Monitoring: We can track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, such as sales, marketing, finance, and HR. This aids in identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
The new "glow-up" on the interface has helped make it a bit easier on the eye, but there are some features of working in the "three pane" browser that are a bit frustrating: especially having to 'rearrange' when resizing the window to look at another app simultaneously.
Such a small point, but being able to drag and move multiple elements in a table (eg drag two rows to the top) SIMULTANEOUSLY would help a bunch.
I don't think we take advantage of all the visualisation capabilities in Displayr, and perhaps an AI 'recommendation' engine that sees the data I'm working with and prompts either a specific visualisation, or additional analysis option I might use, would be great.
While Klipfolio covers so many of the bases, one area where I would like to see expansion would be offering additional design and graphics themes for even more customization.
Klipfolio has an extensive offering but might be even better if there were a way that we could integrate with some small to mid-sized CRM solutions for audience list segmentation and marketing integrations.
It would be interesting if Klipfolio could enable us to overlay the data learnings for cross-referencing of multiple client campaigns for comparative insights.
I'm guessing it's out there somewhere but I really could have used a 'quick start guide' or guided start.
Once I figured it out, it makes sense how to make sure the right data is provided in order to make dashboards quite flexible--- but without examples, I found it quite a challenge
The initial organization of Analytics is NOT intuitive. Once in context, the organizational features make sense, but (at least initially) it would have been most useful if the organization of Analytics reports in Zoho Analytics had saved me a lot of time.
I'd give this an 11 if I could! As our business moves forward we hope to use Zoho Analytics more then we do now. Creating better reports and dashboards for our management team to evaluate the health of our business and to provide more insightful reports for our customers. The possibilities are endless with this tool
It's really quite intuitive, but the visual interface could be made a bit more easy to use (window/pane rescaling etc) and I think there could be more 'proactive prompts' to suggest features we're underutilising.
My initial impressions of the software have been extremely positive. There are YouTube tutorials that explain how to make klips. The intuitive design of the UI It appears that everything in this software has been thoroughly tested to create all the visualizations that can be imagined as well as the user input controls that allow users to have exactly the data they want to be displayed in seconds, considering the various functions and formulas available in the Excel integrations and the extensive list of other services that can be integrated.
For an end user, Zoho Analytics is pretty easy to use and very easy to access the dashboard. Linking data from multiple sources is very convenient. Multiple people can work on preparing and publishing the dashboards simultaneously, which helps delegate tasks.
ZOHO is a very reliable company/product. We never had any issues with downtime or inaccessibility to our data. Any type of maintenance that they had to perform was clearly communicated and never an issue. We use a lot of external hooks and we've never had any issues with getting ZOHO to communicate with any of those hooks.
ZOHO has obviously invested a lot of time effort and money in to creating a reliable infrastructure with high availability. We've never had any issues with performance and all of our data crunching small to large has always been well within reason. We have come to appreciate the performance of ZOHO and will continue to use it for all of our data needs.
It provides all the necessary information to be able to carry out the analysis of any type of business, to know how money is managed virtually, what to do to have greater visibility, in addition to being a platform that is always accessible and allows continuous and efficient work.
The support team is honestly not that great. At times, it seems as if members of our own team know more about the product than the support team. They must not have a lot of training or the turnaround is quick
If your external data sources are previously organized and correlated (e.g.: in your datawarehouse or database) your implementation will be easier. Of cource some not previously predicted correlation would be necessary to be done during the implementation, but if your organization let it to be all done into Zoho Analytics, it will take more time from your team.
SPSS (the last version I looked at) still requires much more underlying knowledge and coding ability to get where we want to be. That's not where we add value, so the speed and simplicity with which Displayr allows us to get the data analysis done, and move onto developing insight and delivering value is why I chose Displayr.
These and many other BI tools are the most direct competitors. I only have experience with Klipfolio and Tableau. Tableau is definitely more capable, but much more difficult to learn and use. Klipfolio is simple and really packs a punch for its simplicity. I have yet to run into a major problem with it lacking a needed functionality.
Zoho Analytics has the best UI and user friendly to create reports and dashboard along with features like Zia Assistance that guide in creating reports and dashboard and also help in the forecasting of the data based on the past records.
As far as I know, Zoho Analytics has been able to fulfill every need we've had for it. Our reports have gotten better and more detailed with pretty much every new issue of our magazine. It just keeps getting better, and we keep feeding it more data to digest and present to us.
I think Displayr is quite expensive, but has the biggest impact on our P&L of any of our subscriptions, because it has unlocked our ability to deliver bigger, more complex analytic projects for clients - and hence grow our topline.
The ability to scale the license between years has also been a god-send as our team has gone up or down to deliver the level of quant work available to us.
There's also a bottom line efficiency driven by some of the speed of analysis that Displayr enables.
