e-automate vs. Saturn Cloud

If you need a system to place and track sales quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, and service calls then E-Automate is perfect. However, if you want to be able to easily bulk upload customers and contracts or if you want to be able to quickly and easily track contract profitability, customer costs, etc, then you'll likely want/need a secondary or different system to do so.

Less appropriate scenarios for Saturn Cloud: Small-scale projects: For smaller projects with limited data and less demanding computational requirements, Saturn Cloud's advanced features might not be necessary.

• Billing, E-Auto has more accounting pros than our old system if you know how to set up your contracts it can perform efficiently. It's more of an accounting system.
• Our financials on our old system were more manual. With this system, you have E-Views to help with reporting and your worksheets.

• Make sales invoices not require serial numbers, or be more flexible with it.
• Make contract invoices have some sort of flexibility in terms of editing. Our end users complain that QuickBooks made it very easy to edit invoices, and in e-automate, for them, it is practically impossible. (I do personally understand why it has to be as it is myself, I'm just forwarding their observation.)
• Make the API actually useful. I spent days looking at the functions and the functions available are not really useful.

For example, users may not be able to modify the pre-configured environments that come with the templates, or may find it difficult to integrate their own custom libraries and tools. - The system is easy to use and very intuitive. New employees are able to easily step right into the application and start using it on day one. - There are no issues with machines not getting patched since the system does it automatically. If a reboot is needed, all of that happens at night when clients are not working.

The user interface may be slightly outdated, but it is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Once you have learned one module within the system it is very easy to apply that knowledge to any other module. It makes using the system much easier, and it makes training another person on the system quick and efficient.

This is user friendly , better than its counterparts. Anyone familiar working with other cloud solutions for GPU will agree on this. Hence the rating of 10 was given to this. I personally love the fact that I get so much compute time for being a free user which is very efficient in terms of budget

Sometimes when you need answers quickly, a voice on the phone is far better than having to wait for email support or a callback. I have found this to have delays and feel ECI e-automate should invest more in its support infrastructure.

I actually liked Microsoft 365 better than e-automate. The "flaws" that I identified in e-Automate did not exist in Microsoft 365. I did not select e-Automate - the software was selected several years before I started here. E-Automate does a few things better than Microsoft Dynamics - Bank Account Reconciliations and Sales Tax reporting are 2 that stand out.
