Red Falcon vs. IFS Cloud

We like the fact that we are able to offer our customers a professional online presence so that we can compete with the big box stores and the Amazon's of the Office Supply world. I like being able to log into the back office to see our respective pricing from both SP Richards and Essendant.

The IFS Cloud has well suited to keeping track from beginning to end and engages from the internal team to the external team very well. It takes everything with them and helps them to grow at a wide pace. It creates a systematic workflow process which helps in achieving the goal more fast and friendly environment

• Integrates with many of the Wholesalers we use right out of the box.

• Sometimes the mapping between mapping of UI fields and actual backend is broken / does not work.

Overall, IFS Cloud offers a complete solution across different business units. The inbuilt dashboards and reporting capabilities responds well to day to day basic reporting needs. Cloud solution is accessible from all platforms and provides good control from role & access perspective.

We did a quick review of other companies but went with Red Falcon as we knew someone else who used and was happy with their service offerings Red Falcon does seem to be expensive but it was a little hard to compare as we did not compare all the specific pricing for other competitors Again, we mainly went with Red Falcon through word of mouth

User documentation of IFS Cloud is very well organized, and easy to follow. So, the time taken for the key business users to be trained is comparatively less. The integration with other well-suited third-party applications for HR and Payroll has been standardized and easy to setup, because of the REST APIs.

• Red Falcon's integration with e-auto is a tremendous time and money saver on the admin side of things!
• The overall cost of Red Falcon is a bit pricey so the ROI really depends on how much e-commerce business that can be ran thru it.
