Egnyte was the clear winner, given how the access works and how it can scale over time. It allows folder access control at every folder level, meaning you won't have to restructure or create a new site just to isolate specific data.
Egnyte syncs with Windows machines better than any competitor I have come across. The service focuses on just this platform and their in depth focus shows in the end result. Google is not really made with Windows in mind. Box is cumbersome and the web portal is not easy to use. …
Egnyte is already up to Dropbox because of its features and its interface we can easily understand Egnyte but dropbox is very hard to understand security is more in Egnyte as compare with dropbox so I think Egnyte is heading in the right direction and Egnyte team is doing a …
I have also tried Azure Backup but Egnyte has more smart features than this. As I am using their
platform for some time so when I get stuck anywhere I just contact their
representatives and they respond on time. Listen to queries very carefully.
It is a better cloud storage platform than other tools. The
technical staff is the most fantastic thing about Egnyte. They are always
available for any kind of help at any time. They assess the problem critically and
Egnyte provided Quarem the most robust and secure environment. Additionally, Egynte makes organizing the files very simple, saving my team time and money.
At the time when this was implemented (over 5 years ago and still in production), there were issues with syncing and reliability that Egnyte did not have, and have continued to impress with. Other providers have improved a lot and Egnyte is fairly costly, but switching costs …
Egnyte provided a secure and reliable platform for our specific need [for] secure file sharing. We do not rely on Egnyte for syncing files or for a corporate internal file share, which is how we use Google Drive. But, we are pleased with the customizations and tracking of …
We also looked at Dropbox and a few others, and we found that Egnyte was (at the time) the ONLY HIPPA and Part 11 compliant software on the market. We loved the security features in Egnyte and felt safe trusting our data to such an innovative and reputable company. We are …
I think that Egnyte is a good tool especially when you need to share files within the same company or organization. I think that the layout is much better and updated than Dropbox. The downside to Egnyte is that you cannot edit files within the tool like you can do for Google, …
Egnyte has a much easier management console and it's easier to share files and create a directory of files etc. The overview is more simplified. Onedrive, however, has the option to collaborate in documents in the application itself. But Egnyte should have this feature in the …
Egnyte's storage capacity was well beyond the capabilities of DropBox at our budget. Plus, at the time (nearly five years ago) DropBox was a little quirky when it came to uploading files. OneDrive was a good fit but it presented challenges when working with users that did not …
Egynte does not allow for file collaboration when compared to Google Drive. Egynte is a better option for compliant and secure file and asset management. Also for when taking version control into consideration. When organizations are collaborating with external organiations …
Egnyte is more user-friendly than both Dropbox and Box, and has more functionality to match. The user management is simple with Egnyte, and the storage limits are enormous - we'll never be concerned about running out of room. Egnyte's device management is also an essential part …
Egnyte is easier to use and doesn't have as many glitches. It's pretty seamless to edit something and it saves multiple copies of a draft. It's easier and cleaner to search, set up admin rights and you can set it up to store automatically. I had some major issues with Google …
I did not select Egnyte - my company used it when I started to work here. I don't have another program to compare to but we all have been very happy with the system. We plan to use it for as long as possible. It is super easy to use and we love that it has the ability to open …
Egnyte has significantly more structure out of the box than Google Drive or Dropbox. While Google Drive is much cheaper, and Dropbox has more potential in the right hands; Egnyte just works immediately in an enterprise situation. There are other enterprise level solutions, like …
Dropbox is just the main competitor of Egnyte that we have used and have ample experience with, among many others. Egnyte however blows dropbox out of the water in ease of use, style, functionality, and cyber security from my experience. Egnyte has been nothing short of …
None of these other solutions had document tracking or search features that could even hold a candle to Egnyte. Out of all of them box had the best, then we tried Egnyte and it blew then all out of the water. The amount of time we saved on minor tasks was more than enough to …
The biggest competitor and leader in this space is Dropbox. Egnyte beats Dropbox when it comes to ease of use and its inviting interface. However, Dropbox has the obvious advantage in reliability, which comes with the scale of that company. Ultimately, the security of Egnyte …
We evaluated SAP Build alongside other low-code platforms, and one of the biggest advantages of SAP Build was its native integration with SAP applications such as SAP S/4HANA and other SAP services.Compared to alternatives, SAP Build provided a more seamless experience for …
Microsoft Power Apps comes with ready template for invoice automation which means it is easy to implement such application. SAP Build was selected because of the tight integration to S/4HANA.
SAP build holds upper hand for seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA system with SAP Build app. Process automation is better than .net functionality. No need for any functionality and prior coding knowledge in case of SAP Build App. It is very user friendly and applications …
Seamlessly connected to SAP S4 Hana systems and development and deployment is easy as compared to Microsoft visual studio. Low code no code facility is awesome in SAP Build app where as in Visual studio drag and drop of components is provided but still needs to write bulky code …
SAP Build helped more on automating our complex and regular tasks and processes which helped us in saving time and less human errors in our critical processes
SAP build solves the business need to automate approvals and tasks. Reduce spreadsheet and email dependency. SAP build reduces manual work and improves efficiency. Faster delivery, Easy SAP data connections. Fast changes and deployment. Lower dependency on IT. It enables …
We are in the early stages of evaluating Podio. It is supremely flexible for advanced workflow management and is currently the leading contender for when we move forward.
Progress ShareFile is the option which my employer selected which I have free access to. The other platforms that I have utilized are in connection with an M&A transaction that a client or advisor has engaged for the transaction. ShareFile is simple to use for its options but …
creating those anonymous download-links is the main factor I use Progress ShareFile, besides ofcourse the sharing of "big" files with easy access to other end-users
ShareFile offers more professional level services, and doesn't constantly "run out" of space, forcing you to upgrade to continue. When doing a cost comparison, the competitors may seem cheaper at first, but by the time you add on the features to make it comparable, the pricing …
The ability to learn how to access, store, share, and retrieve documents is simpler than in other applications, and that is what keeps me in the application. Even though my Microsoft 365 professional and Adobe Acrobat Pro applications, which I currently subscribe to, include …
Dropbox and others like Mega is are open to anyone and when they leave your company they take those documents with them. ShareFile give secure sharing but you keep control of your documents. ShareFile also offers other tools like Outlook plug-ins and windows mapping tools.
DocuSign did not allow me to save directly to a client folder. ShareFile will allow this, and it cut out having to move or download the file then store it in a client folder. We used that along with Dropbox. Dropbox did not allow us to seamlessly see who had access to what …
I use ShareFile because it is simple and offers easy use of esignatures - and unlimited. Docusign is getting expensive and charges often on a per "envelope" basis which doesn't work for me.
It has been years since I compared ShareFile with other secure data storage offerings. I chose ShareFile because of its affordability and need to have scalability. Dropbox, while it gives 2GB of free storage, seems to charge more for the same service I get with ShareFile. I …
Ease of use, cost and proficiency is above and beyond what other products offer. Customer service is down to earth, and you feel like your concerns are addressed appropriately.
I chose to stick with ShareFile because of the signature certificate feature that is included with the software. The two programs are both relativley easy for me to use, but Adobe Acrobat does not have this feature included. Additionally, ShareFile can be opened in Browser and …
The ShareFile website never broke, so we switched the signature service to this platform too. Because in PandaDoc sometimes it was hard to find some signed documents from years ago, also we couldn't find an efficient way to order the signature documents for each client, but …
A lot more user friendly and less phone calls for assistance which make the purpose of smooth electronic communication a great thing. I like that it doesn't require 1 person to sign before the other person can and that we are notified separately once each person signs required …
Other platforms allow you to share information but without the security and confirmation guarantees that ShareFile offers. Although they provide fewer features, they are often less intuitive and less easy to work with. To date we do not consider trying other options, as we do …
We have one consulting engineer that uses MS Sharepoint. We find it comparable to ShareFile, but see no particular advantage to it over ShareFile. We don't really know a lot about it, or what it costs to use.
For an organization that requires reliable security when sending sensitive data, ShareFile is the application to use. ShareFile has multiple features to ensure that the right information is being sent with the file so the end receiver has the pertinent information when the file …
If you're simply sharing and syncing across devices and don't care about granular security permissions, this is an easy win. If you're needing more control over the ability to restrict users from deleting folders, sharing folders, and allowing only certain groups to be able to view a folder, this can work but will ultimately give you arthritis as you'll end up having to perform a multitude of clicks for a task that should be able to be done in a fraction of the action. Have a folder template that allows for the first two levels of folders to be view only and the third level allowing file/folder creation and deletion? Have fun setting each of the third level folder's permissions-- they should give out free wrist braces. When discussed with their engineers about this function, a suggested $28,000 custom script was suggested. I don't believe them when they say that they haven't heard of other customers wishing to assign rights to multiple folders-- Something any sort of real admin would require. It simply isn't important to them, which is fine. The current ability
SAP Build is a strong and reliable partner with a rich FAQ and consulting power. New features make sense and are easy to distribute within the team and to end users. The community is nice, and there are many discussions on product development, shared solutions, and productivity improvements. UI is also one of the strongest points.
Progress ShareFile has been a great tool for sharing files. When you send to outside people they get an easy link to click on to download the needed files. On the sender side you get options to have the person do things logon to get the file, just enter a name and email address, or just click on the link and download. There are hooks to use other tools to scan for personal information like SSN or credit card numbers. Many of our users use email to send and store emails. They have found that clicking on a link to get a file adds a bit of complexity but many have learned how to adjust to the change.
SAP Build Workzone is a cloud ready service that it can provide access to users over cloud. It really liked it because for Non-SAP users they don't need to have seperate logins to access SAP systems
SAP Build LCNC helps to create an app either from scratch or take reference from existing apps and develop on top of it
SAP Build Code is pro-developer tool helps for creating enterprise ready web apps
I think that one of ShareFile's greatest strengths is its ease of use. With the outlook plug-in sharing large documents is so quick and easy.
I also like the security and control that is provided for who can access the documents and tracking the changes within them. I think it does well at protecting information that leaves the company.
I also think the website is well organized and easy to use. It was very easy for us to implement and train our employees on the proper use of the website and software.
Comparing to other RPA Tools, SAP Build automation lacks enough user guidance.
Licensing is a little bit confusing.
From a technical perspective, older versions of the automation part are not always stable, but the other services (workflow, business rules, apps, etc.) are much more stable.
We found that usage of Egnyte in our supported clients, with sufficient bandwidth, provided all the features and stability we required. The billing setup was fair and the support provided was ample for end users and well as our in house admins. There was a concern about high usage clients but this was taken into account during the vetting process.
SAP Build that enables rapid creation of enterprise-grade applications, automations, and business sites. It empowers both business users and developers to collaborate effectively while leveraging SAP-grade security, identity, and integration capabilities. SAP Build integrates seamlessly with SAP systems, supports governance and lifecycle management, and accelerates digital transformation by reducing development time and effort.
It's a highly effective and secure storage system, has robust workarounds for serving the various equipment limits of our users, meets high security requirements of HIPAA standards, significantly reduces our needs for producing paper trails.
Really easy to use the interface. The web browser is very intuitive and I have not had any notable issues with this. It's easy to work on documents as a team, and the only issues we have to tend to come with Apple apps and downloading large files to WebEdit. It's very similar to the filing systems that come on Apple and Windows devices so not a steep learning curve.
It offers a user friendly low-code interface with easily drag and drop feature that make application accessible to both developers and users. The UI interface for building flows , designing interface and connecting with other SAP services. This platform enables quick development and quick proto-type and process automation. But, some advanced feature like complex integration may need deeper knowledge in that.
Some of the clunkiness in the user interface and the processing of documents could be made more seamless. However, once you get over that learning curve, it's straightforward enough. The API for integrating external systems is well documented, and the support crew is great at getting you over the rough spots. There's nothing bad about their system, just a few things I thought could be more elegant.
Egnyte works very well across all platforms and as an add-on to other programs. Load time is close to nothing. Reports can be made in no time as well. All in all no performance issues. We can see that it depends on the local network connection. If you're running with fiber there won't be any issues.
Easy to use, easy to integrate with Outlook. I only gave it a 9 because I have found that sometimes it does not play nicely with Outlook and can slow it down. But, when that happens (not frequent), I restart Outlook and all is well again
I never had to reach out to customer support for Egnyte. I don't know any coworkers who have had to reach out to Egnyte for support either. As far as I am concerned, the support team is doing a good job since I have not had to reach out to them.
There are, for example, great blog writings about automation cases and examples. The studio version is updated often. There are also useful OpenSAP online courses.
Typically the support is very knowledgeable and interested in following an issue until it is fully resolved. I have not had any issues working with their staff as they are all polite and easy to communicate with. If the first or second level tech does not fix the concern then it is escalated until we get to someone who can close the case.
Online training helped to understand the drag and drop processes, building UI. Creating a workflow and process automation. Developing workflow and deploying WF. Helped to reduce the errors. It helped to understand the training easily. And online training gave good insights for low code no code solutions and create actions, forms.
Good documentation for the API. With a little help from RS tech staff, any competent programmer should be able to integrate RightSignature with an existing system in a week or three. That help is easy to get as well
Egnyte syncs with Windows machines better than any competitor I have come across. The service focuses on just this platform and their in depth focus shows in the end result. Google is not really made with Windows in mind. Box is cumbersome and the web portal is not easy to use. SharePoint sync to PC is terrible.
SAP build holds upper hand for seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA system with SAP Build app. Process automation is better than .net functionality. No need for any functionality and prior coding knowledge in case of SAP Build App. It is very user friendly and applications developed are also user friendly.
ShareFile offers more professional level services, and doesn't constantly "run out" of space, forcing you to upgrade to continue. When doing a cost comparison, the competitors may seem cheaper at first, but by the time you add on the features to make it comparable, the pricing is as much, if not more, than what we're paying for ShareFile. The access control level is better with ShareFile, so we chose to stay with them.
The promising advantage of Egnyte is that user can access their files from the cloud anywhere without any cumbrance like connecting to VPN or other third-party soft wares.
No risk of data loss.
The platform is lacking in changing the parent administrator of a folder as if one person is the administrator of the file or folder and when needs to change it becomes clunky and does not supports it properly.
All of our clients and consulting engineers find ShareFile easy to use, thus complementing our business.
Our staff also find ShareFile intuitive, accessible, and easy to use, making it an ideal, everyday indispensable desktop tool for everyone in our company.
ShareFile can be linked to our firm's primary website as a placed for private use. We haven't found need for this yet, but might in the future.
