It does the job really well. They were one of the first on the scene and have continually improved overtime. It's crazy affordable, I'm always surprised when I see the $5 monthly charge compared to other apps I pay more for and use a lot less.

Jiminny is a really useful tool for logging all activity of the sales, customer success and other customer-facing roles. It allows you to watch calls on demand, skipping to certain areas or topics thanks to Jiminny's conversational intelligence tool. This is great for knowledge sharing and transparency, as well as providing opportunities for coaching and development. There is some room for improvement, for instance with its current use of AI and automations to make it easier for the sales reps to share summaries of their calls with their prospects or clients, as well as the wider team.

  • Listening to the meeting is very easy.
  • Can be integrated into other various software.
  • They also provide the option to download the meeting and the option to like & dislike the recording.
  • And I love their soundbites features which I can use to highlight the specific part of the recording for future use.

I started using Fireflies.ai about 1.5 yrs ago. It was - and continues to be - extremely user friendly, very easy to adopt, very easy to navigate and learn.

It is an intuitive user experience and overall pretty easy to navigate the platform. The embedded video recording for each video call is very useful, and the conversational intelligence elements that appear alongside, such as the themes and statistics are also very useful. You can easily navigate to the most important parts of calls, or the sections that you want to focus on.

When we used Chorus.ai in our organization, I thought the Analytics were worthless. Beyond the point I made earlier about using the iOS app doesn't count towards your Engagement score, the only way calls are correctly counted is to the Rep who set up the call. I manage a team of Sales Engineers who support Sales Reps, who typically set up the Zoom session. Chorus.ai doesn't show any stats on my team. However, Fireflies.ai is a virtual assistant that helps you manage your business. It recognizes voice commands from the user and turns them into tasks.
