Chose Postal
Postal.io is cheaper than Sendoso and still meets the technical requirements. Reach desk has more capabilities. They can print prospects' names on whiskey bottles.

1. Be sure to specify and understand the impact on your model when looking at volume versus value factors. 2. Ask all your potential vendors about set-up costs and time. 3. Understand, with any predictive model, how it will affect both marketing and sales - a predictive tool should bring the two closer together. 4. Remember - its predictive, not all-knowing and brief/train your teams accordingly.

It is well suited for employees that are sending products, samples, gift cards, or swag to customers, prospects, or partners constantly. It helps speed up and streamline that process a considerable amount. This helps with brand recognition, onboarding new partners, and keeping customers happy! This has helped my company increase sales activity and increase business as well.

  • A little more explanation of how different factors can affect the model in terms of the customer objectives - they've really listened here and have really focussed on the changes we needed to make.
  • Update specific fields/features e.g. multi-currency support (now done), non-confusing field names (being released), custom fiscal years for reporting (coming I believe)

  • Fast set up time with zero cost
  • Public appexchange listing (passed salesforce security)
  • Demonstrated best understanding of our requirements

Postal.io was a more budget-friendly option than the alternatives I considered. We knew our gifting budget wouldn't be huge so we were willing to go with something less established in order to make sure we had as much budget left over as possible. We also like the flexibility with Postal.io that we could add almost anything to their marketplace if we could find it available online.
