FollowerAudit vs. Wildfire Interactive (Discontinued) vs. Tracx

I wish they had provided analytics for Instagram and YouTube, Then it would have been very great for its users and easy to track all platform accounts in one tool. Other than that I haven't found any other problems with this tool. It's great and has amazing features for Twitter. Would recommend [to] others too.

The transition to Google has been painful - key contacts are no longer available.

Tracx is best for influencer marketing tracking, where you need to track specific mentions of a keyword from specific people. Not sure it's the 100% solution for other social media aspects, but I have not explored many of those aspects, so I cannot be the end-all-be-all person to say when it isn't well suited

• Facebook tab implementation. Allows you to easily create and produce functioning social tabs on your brands FB page.
• Add voting, sweepstakes, poll functionality to your website. Easily implement these campaigns to increase user engagement and TOS.

• Tracx is very user friendly. There is a bit of a learning curve but once that is established there are many opportunities to use Tracx to your brands benefit.
• There customer service team is exceptional. If I ever have a question regarding the platform I am able to reach out to our account manager and receive a reply the same day.

• Tracx is a little slow to pull in data. It could be a lot better although I understand it's pulling in a lot of metadata which other platforms don't pull.
• Tracx is not "real time", some of the sources take a little more time to get pulled in although I understand this is probably an API issue on the social network side.

Our initial contract with Wildfire Whitelabel was for $30,000/year, as we progressed we found several alternatives for significantly less. We used this to our advantage to lower the second year to $17,000 with the limitation in the level of support (they call this their "core" subscription). Support has been quite bad.

During our contract, we also asked for quotes on some custom work, but never managed to get an answer (or actual quote). Now two years into our contract, the limitations and lack of development are enough for us to find a different solution. Newcomers to the market like Rafflecopter, WooBox and PunchTab are delivering much better results for a fraction of the price

Tracx is a solid software for identifying customer sentiment that would otherwise go unheard and undocumented by our company. We're able to report to our CEO the good and the bad with actual data and do so on an attractive interface. It is also essential in helping us prepare queries well in advance.

I would give 10 ratings as before knowing about FollowerAudit. I used to use different tools for different purposes, but with this tool my work has become so much easier and less hectic! It is easy to use and understand and service and pricing is also very great comparison to others.

Very easy to use, almost anyone can learn how to build a comprehensive promotion.

I have never been kicked out of Wildfire service. Always up and running.

Easy to perform tasks and quick to upload changes to your promotions.

Good customer support. Responds on time whenever having an issue and solves it. Communication is also decent and not at all inappropriate. Also haven't faced much problems so didn't need to contact them much.

Phone and email support were always available to us when we needed it.

Gave me a thorough rundown on everything the software does. Sometimes it is difficult to run through it all over the phone/internet, but I was able to figure it out myself.

Simple to use and very effective in increasing user engagement on both social channels and website. Noticeably helped raise TOS.

Wildfire was a merely an adequate social media tool when it existed as a standalone, but it just couldn't compete against other players like Sprout, Falcon, and Sprinklr.
