Likelihood to Recommend We were looking for an ATS which can generate detailed report on daily, weekly and monthly basis. This ATS does it best. It is fast and does not lag while using. Supports multiple logins and does not disturb any subusers. Not suitable for big sized companies as it still needs some more features to be added to make it appropriate for big firms.

Read full review Pros Moving interviews through each stage. It helps keep you stay organized and no one falls through the cracks. Communicating with people through the Freshteam email is easy and again it helps guide interviews through the process. It also reminds you to follow up with people when they will not move forward to the next stage. The hiring manager can log in and see the progress and notes at all times. You can also load your different interview questions in so the entire hiring committee can have everything in one place. Read full review I9 is filled up with machine accuracy. The fact that it is not possible to override the system and hire someone without a proper and valid work permit, makes our lives more relaxed. Adding a new policy is done within a couple of hours... for the company that has close to 400 employees. Reporting is quick and very easy to handle. All of your data can be pulled from the phone! I would say that this tells you a lot about the software itself - very user-friendly - which is why I scored it a 7! There have been a few times when it has taken me a while to work out errors on a page, for example, phone number formats. It would be useful if Harri were to provide more information e.g., if you were to hover over the telephone number, for example. It told you the way it wanted you to write it.
Read full review Alternatives Considered Zoho recruitment is also a decent product but we liked Freshteam over that just because of a few added advantages that this is giving to us, namely, we are using other products from Freshworks like Freshconnect. Secondly, Zoho does have less customer base compared to Freshworks. Hence we choose Freshworks over Zoho.
