GoCo vs. WebHR

It's great for a small company who needs an easy way to save employee data. It's harder to use if you have complex needs or compliance. I often find I know more about HR-related things than our customer support representative, and they're unable to share how GoCo will comply with legal changes.

I cannot think of any scenarios where WebHR would not be appropriate. It's a good solution for any size business and I see a lot of interest in the development to continue improving the solution.

• Support staff is ready to respond with any questions I have.
• Communication about new offerings and ways to make things easier is great.
• Site is very user friendly and easy to find what I'm/staff is looking for.

• Everything is clear, simple to understand, and clearly defined
• Salary management is simple and understandable
• Leaves management is easy to use
• Cloud-based, and has mobile apps

• Handling exceptions for staff PTO requests for employees in their 90 day probationary period

• Logging into it from our system gives an error, but after a few minutes it acknowledges me and logs in (because I am logged into our secured system)

Renewal of this product is out of my control, but if asked I would give this product a thumbs up to renew. It only gets better with time

We are very pleased with the product and the support we receive when we have a question or a request. We have been assigned specific support members who know our business and our expectations. Our employees find the platform to be user-friendly and self-explanatory which reduces the number of questions that our HR team has to field.

GoCo has done a great job of being responsive to us in working through issues in the system.

GoCo was my first choice during the selection process. It was the most user friendly. It has the cleaned appearance. The staff was easy to communicate with. And as a small non-profit, the pricing was good.

I don't know any other products like WebHR, but I'm pretty sure it's a good solution for any organization, and it's improving constantly.

• We save so much time when onboarding new employees
• We look much more organized and professional in the new hire process (because we are, thanks to GoCo)

• We are too early in implementation to be able to calculate ROI but am sure we will se great benefits in efficiency during the following 6 months.
