Likelihood to Recommend Good for transferring over an existing site. Truth be told, I haven't used it for building a brand new site-- I know that this is a fairly common thing but I just never needed it. For what I've used it for, it has worked well. For a small business with anyone with a little bit of technical skill, it's surprisingly good.
Read full review ShipperHQ is almost too heavy-handed for our use case. We are only a single-origin shipper so we don't need the advanced functionality of multi-origin or drop-shipping. It is suited much better for organizations that have multiple origins or that use drop-ship facilities, or even a company managing multiple different eCommerce websites. We opted to go with it because of its great reviews, combined with less than stellar reviews of the competition.
Read full review Pros Registering a domain - I've found their site to be the easiest to navigate Website builder - their website builder is user friendly Email hosting - easy to set up and use, wether in an email app or online email. Wordpress hosting - I have multiple wordpress sites I use under one account Their customer service is always very helpful and easy to contact. Read full review It is easy to batch process orders. It quickly calculates rates to compare. It is easy to keep track of orders for future review. Read full review Cons Support agents are woefully undertrained, even in knowledge of their own products. Support agents will always try to upsell you, even when you're dealing with an urgent, high-impact issue. There's no guarantee of uptime, and there will often be gaps in service as part of normal procedures. Read full review The user interface is a little tricky. It is not as easy to navigate as other shipping apps. I wish that ShipperHQ had the functionality to print shipping labels and manage shipments. We currently have to use a different third-party app for shipment management. I would also like to see the option for adding shipping rules if shipping management was integrated. Read full review Likelihood to Renew GoDaddy is the number one player in town. They have the most competitive and best pricing on everything from domain name registration to hosting packages that are very affordable. But of course due to inflation and everything going up in price today GoDaddy has raised their rates but nothing ever comes back down.
Read full review I give ShipperHQ a 10/10 because the software does exactly what it says, and has a rock-solid support team to help get everything set up. The features are pretty easy to use and implement.
Read full review Usability Some integration could be much cleaner and smoother. Seems it used to be easier. Plus, they took away the catch all email feature.
Read full review I'm not giving a 10/10 because I did need a little hand-holding to get through the initial setup. Overall, it's not that difficult to use once you understand how to apply custom dimensional rules.
Read full review Reliability and Availability They are also available. They never have any outages or anything that I've yet to experience.
Read full review Performance Like I said before they are the BEST! nothing slows them down.
Read full review Support Rating I think a lot of companies can learn from GoDaddy's support team. I have found:
Chat or phone support is almost always available. Their agents are friendly and helpful. Their agents seem to care and be knowledgeable about a wide range of issues. I rarely have to escalate my problem to get the support that I need. If they can't help me, then they can tell me why something is happening and direct me to resources that can fix my problem. page V CEO (Chief Executive Officer)

Wix currently for our online store. It is nice and easy to use, but they don't offer the email domains as well (the last time we checked). They have pretty decent customization of the web page, but still limited. We're going to try it with GoDaddy, since we have other services from them already. It just doesn't make sense to pay two different companies for something we can do with one.
Read full review USPS only allows you to use their services (obviously). It was sluggish and often offline. The shipsaver insurance saves us money. We had to guess shipping costs for items instead of entering their weights and sizes ahead of time. It integrates with our e-commerce site. Glad we have it now.
Read full review Scalability Their customer service is easily reachable. Someone is always available to help you at any given time 24 hours a day. They are simply the best in the whole wide world. They have the best engineers and support team. Whatever I need they are there to help and assist along the way every time.

Read full review Return on Investment GoDaddy reduces our ROI by costing me in non-billable hours. I don't charge clients for sitting on the phone with tech support to power cycle the server or fix the php.ini file, so my $/hr takes a hit. Their nickel&dime strategy requires I have an additional conversation with clients about their max recurring fees. Small as they are, I need approval for upping their bill. GoDaddy is only the cheap option if you don't value security, stability, or performance. Read full review ShipperHQ is reliable and requires little to no maintenance, which for a small crew like ours is invaluable. ShipperHQ also offers the option to display either retail shipping rates or our discounted rates to our customers. This is handy because we can display those discounted rates, which results in higher conversion and fewer abandoned carts due to high shipping costs. One negative, however, is that since ShipperHQ lacks the ability to manage shipments, we have had to use another third party app which increases overhead. Read full review ScreenShots
