HotTelecom vs. Kixie

When our clients or partners call our corporate number they can now reach any needed employee or department by themselves. It is simple - they just need to use voice assistant and press the needed number.

Suited if you want to hear old calls. Not suited for teaching new SDR's how to talk or what a good call is and why. Kixie doesn't transcribe either.

• Kixie integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Zoho), meaning it updates call notes directly on the customer's CRM profile.
• The one-click dialing feature directly through our CRM is a great feature. It's so simple; just search for a name, one-click, and you are on the phone.
• The local presence feature is a nice touch for cold calls. It provides a local area code when cold calling to increase the likelihood of an answer to the call.

• Video calling is not available as a feature.

• User interface, sometimes the list you are calling on the tool can glitch and not show you the info of the lead.

Kixie provides a nice user interface. There is a bit of a learning curve to load leads but it's not difficult. It's just learning where to go and how to load lists for the reps. Once you have it figured out, it's easy to get lists loaded for reps and give them the ability to manage those leads

• We've got the option to use another marketing channel with HotTelecom's SMS virtual phone numbers. They also provide us with an ability to count everything in marketing campaigns made with SMS numbers and to make the right decisions based on the received data.

• Kixie's dialer allows us to dial directly from our CRM
• The voicemail drop feature saves time and allows our BDRs to move on to the next call right away
• The automatic log calling saves even more time instead of having to log the call manually
