Improved analytics, well easier to read and show to team members, and using it to keep track of sales and the status of those sales. The simple grid tracks were easy to use and see where each client was in the sale pipeline.
This tool is, in my opinion, the best tool of its kind. Other apps like Zapier and Integromat are great at syncing information between sources but PieSync is the best when it comes to contact information synchronization. If I had to recommend one tool for this specific job, …
PieSync is much less confusing, and from what I remember, cheaper. But if you need a more robust solution to get more data from system to system, you will need to find something other than PieSync. Zapier can be confusing and complicated to setup. And as you get more and more …
Zapier has no two-way sync. The only advantage is the amount of external integration, but it is also developing very quickly and quite possibly will catch up.
We needed a solution for syncing data two ways between software. Zapier only pushes data from one software to another with each zap so it was ultimately not an option for us. PieSync is the only tool I know of that provides two-way data syncs in such an easy and reliable way.
PieSync is much more reliable than Zapier. With Zapier, our "zaps" consistently break and their notification system isn't the best at alerting you in real time.
One of the top runners up for my sync needs. I needed something that would sync financial data in such a way I could generate thank you auto emails from Salesforce (if I remember correctly, it was some time ago). Also, I think that there were duplicate records created in …
I haven't used any other products similar to PieSync. PieSync is the first contact sync platform I've used and don't have a need to look elsewhere. It meets the needs for my business and I'm happy with the product. Would highly recommend it to anyone who needs to sync their …
We haven't evaluated any alternatives that move existing data like PieSync. We have used Zapier, IFTTT, etc. but they are more suited for new information.
Zapier can be built to achieve similar "syncing" results. But you're bound to lose data since Zapier is an automation software. Not a 2-way syncing software. PieSync is also much easier to set up, especially if you have a lot of custom fields that you like to map.
Zapier is a great product but it only does a 1-way sync. I was most impressed with the 2-way sync capabilities of PieSync and the way in which I could use that to help with compliance with the data regulations in place and coming soon to Europe such as the GDPR.
I would say these two differ, both have some strong differentiators. Zapier offers the possibility of custom workflows pushing/retrieving data and parsing it for other actions (where the pricing can get quite high). PieSync wins in terms of keeping data fields in sync, cost …
While Zapier seems to have more connections, the 2 way integration through PieSync seemed easier. Additionally, Nimble (our CRM provider) has natively integrated PieSync into their application which gives us a higher level of confidence when it comes to support issues. Also, …
LeanData was here when I arrived and while I've looked at other tools the switching costs hasn't made sense. But also the tool has done its job so we haven't need to really look elsewhere. It doesn't do me any good to spend time migrating to another solution that doesn't really …
We have not explored other solutions in this space, having only considered LeanData because it was recommended to us based on the challenges we were encountering. LeanData had a good sales process with knowledgeable AE and SE to walk us through the process. They did a good job …
They both have their own ways of doing what LeanData does, but having our Lean data built inside Salesforce gives us an edge: we don't have to manage an integration between the 2 tools, since they are already inside our instance. It does what other tools do, but inside our CRM
I selected LeanData as it's more scalable, very user-friendly, easy to work on and be integrated with existing SFDC workflows. I really find it more visually appealing compared to Traction Complete as it's, for me, complicated, cumbersome, has a learning curve with it.
Salesforce flows are getting more and more powerful and similar to what LeanData does, but the routing function and territory mapping in LeanData is far superior to SFDC functionality, especially when it comes to the visibility and audit trails that it captures as people go …
Lane Four is no longer in business (I think LeanData acquired) but Leandata is more flexible and reliable than it. Also more so than the custom code we used prior.
LeanData solved all of our needs and allowed ownership and management we needed to scale our routing engine. We also loved working with the LeanData team and had an extremely positive experience with our sales rep and implementation team. I would want LeanData at any company I …
We were not able to devote the developer resources to solving the problem in-house at the moment in time we needed to move on this solution. We wanted (needed) a bespoke solution where implementation could be handled outside of our organization. LeanData was able to offer that …
We tried using Ringlead for routing purposes but the way the logic needed to be built was super complex, repetitive and prone to manual errors so we like Leandata as auditing and testing is better and you can even see where the error is for your graph. Having a graphical or …
LeanData's native CRM structure made it the clear choice for us. No configuration is needed to read from all CRM fields and objects. We've been customers for 4 years and have never had any issues with its performance.
LeanData Bookit replaced Chili Piper for us, and made it much easier to manage out routing for meetings since we were already using LeanData for routing. We have recently evaluated Qualified, and territory management/round robin logic is much simpler in LeanData.
Compared to SFDC out-of-the-box routing it is far superior. Giving you the ability to quickly make changes on the fly and test in a sandbox environment. The ability to troubleshoot leads and how they are routed is also a plus. Built-in email alerts also reduce the amount of …
We have routing cababilities in Marketo, Salesforce's out of the box Lea Routing Rules, and custom code. [LeanData] is by far the easier and most flexible for an agile business.
Great to use if you have a few marketing systems that need to "talk" to each other and keep each other updated. Perfect for small agencies, companies, or freelancers. I wouldn't recommend using PieSync if you have MANY marketing systems that need to be synched. You'd be better off simplifying the resources you use, then putting PieSync in place
I am overall satisfied with how LeanData has been helping the business as it really revolutionized the way we process our leads/contacts and have them assigned and actionable by our sales reps. It takes away the once repetitive and tedious tasks that are done manually which really introduces a lot of error and consumes a lot of time and effort. LeanData seamlessly does that job for you on your behalf. Definitely recommend
PieSync runs continually so there is little to no disruption and people always have access to the latest contact information for our clients and prospects.
PieSync runs efficiently in the background so there is little maintenance or attention that it needs, which is great.
PieSync does a great job of letting you decide how you want items to sync across platforms so you can customize to how your organization uses a particular software.
LeanData's UX is top notch. I love how intuitive the FlowBuilder is, and how it helps visualize a process. I don't need to use another tool to map out the flow, and then build it again in LeanData. I also love the testing feature.
LeanData support is amazing. So communicative, and helpful. They were so helpful during onboarding, and continue to be a great resource as we optimize.
Territory management/Routing/user scheduling is super easy in LeanData. Far more robust than other solutions out there.
Reporting Functionality. Great log information about what happened to individual leads, but the dashboarding in the product could be more robust.
Territory Rules. The product does not take advantage of existing territory logic that you may have in Salesforce.com. You need to "re-build" territory ownership in the product. Not necessarily a con as this can functionally replace much of what's in SFDC.
The interface is very simple and straightforward. No need to further understand. Everything works out of the box. Once set up and everything works. My setup took 5 minutes.
Once you have a graph set up, it can largely be left to its own devices. The process of setting up the initial graph is long and involved; however, the result speaks for itself. With continued learning, it will always remain usable and scalable to accommodate further changes down the road.
Every time that I've had a question, PieSync has been very responsive. It is a reliable company with a great team that is devoted to helping their customers. I've been their customer for 2 years and I've never looked back. Support is an important reason why PieSync is my go-to app for this job.
There is no way I would have such a successful implementation of this product without the implementation and support team. They have been patient, helpful, and very responsive. Even after I had gone live and had been so for a while, our org and thus our criteria had changed. They continued to help me make the necessary tweaks to ensure I was up and running.
Improved analytics, well easier to read and show to team members, and using it to keep track of sales and the status of those sales. The simple grid tracks were easy to use and see where each client was in the sale pipeline.
They both have their own ways of doing what LeanData does, but having our Lean data built inside Salesforce gives us an edge: we don't have to manage an integration between the 2 tools, since they are already inside our instance. It does what other tools do, but inside our CRM
PieSync has saved me a lot of time. It is straightforward to learn and use and therefore the initial set up time is not great, but once set up you can more or less forget that it is there working away in the background.
My business is small and was already pretty streamlined with a CRM system etc. PieSync is likely to have a much greater ROI for a business that is less streamlined or is more complex to start with.
We had a rough initial roll-out which negatively affected confidence in LeanData for some on the organization. We have since implemented a re-launch. This second launch went very well, but we still face in internal battle to re-gain confidence in the solution. Overall, it is working very well now.
We have seen an accelerated lead response time as we can get leads into the hands of reps faster. We can now create hundreds of opportunities and assign them to reps in approximately one hour. Extremely scalable. We can create 100 opportunities in the same amount of time it takes to create 1.
Automating previously manual processes has helped us take a headcount and assign that person other responsibilities as they are not spending as much time manually processing leads.
