A good match for someone looking into Iconosquare would be a social media manager looking to streamline their analytics process. • Some IG features are currently missing, like syncing with trending sounds, but I think that's more of an API limitation than a fault with Publer
• The website interface can be a bit challenging to navigate. It isn't quite as intuitive as I'd like with where things are placed.
• Some of the terms are confusing, like "recycling" and "recurring." I wish they'd combine these two particular posting options into one.
• I'd also love to see better integration with my personalized AI, trained on my business.

I love the tool, is simple and useful

It's a great too, one of the best I've used, but there's room for improvement with small, nagging issues. I'm able to do nearly everything I want to accomplish with my social media accounts, but there are a couple of workarounds I need to implement myself to get it to do exactly what I want.

We never had a problem with customer support, nor really needed it. The UX of the site was easy to follow and simple to use.

We focus primarily on Instagram with our social media strategy, so Iconosquare delivers the best experience by far for that platform

Later does not have the required features compared to Publer. Although later was interesting and it was a good price, it ultimately failed to win because it does not offer tagging in automated posts. Publer allows you to tag in automated posts and batch scheduled posts, even customizing for each platform.

I think this is well designed product. I really enjoy that I am able to learn it quick, integrate all the socials very easily

• It's allowed us to view IG story metrics even after they have passed over the 14 day review in Instagram Insights
• The graphs are easy for us to send to clients as they are not very complex or complicated to read
• There have been no issues or errors with retrieving data with a quick turnaround.

• I can on-charge the price of the subscription within my package, so I can charge it out for what I want, allowing me to make some profit
• Every one of my clients has loved using it, so they are more inclined to keep using our social media services
