Pros Mikogo is well-suited and cost-effective for the small business Simple & well-designed; easy to figure out. Works best for one-on-one client support. Cons No live customer support Free version has limited features (e.g. no invite meeting allowed) Trial version only 14 days

• It is not overloaded. Clear to finish the things in mind.
• It is flexible to the Team and the upcoming crowd
• The design is very impressive and we love it
• So we can link simple to it from our page
• In my opinion it is an alternative to this normal roadmap

• More videos in terms of tutorials and use cases.
• Success stories of how companies used Ideanote to supercharge their innovation.
• The new Zapier integration is a good step but I would like to see more native integrations with popular SaaS products.
• Expensive - if not for finding it in an AppSumo deal it would have been hard to afford.

I do not have any experience with Mikogo's support as I have never experienced any problem with it.

None. This is the only idea and innovation management software I use for our internal processes and we soon plan to use this for our future lined-up services.We have tried GERU in the past but that is a visual mapping software and does not really help in managing proper communication between guests and internal team members.

Mikogo has simple features and is easy to use. If you don't need lots of bells and whistles and just want to screen share or video conference on a small scale Mikogo works best. Join.me & TeamViewer are a bit confusing for the novice small business person. My experience with LogMeIn has been that it's sluggish. GoToMeeting works great but is pricey for the small firm that mainly does one-to-one support/training. I couldn't get Zoom to work right.

• Our team members are recognized for contributing improvement ideas and hence our team is encouraged to think outside the box about business challenges.

• Zero positive impact
• Spend just a little more with products like AnyDesk and get some real ROI
• Short term, the product can be used on a trial basis (or at least it was available as a trial)
