Tango Card vs. Worktango

Tango Card is great for bulk purchases - if you need to send a large number of people they have easy templates to have it as simple as possible. The one offs become cumbersome - I have never used the API connections so I am unsure if that makes it better but the one at a time sales take a lot of time compared to the uploads.

Great at recognition/engagement and performance management all in one place. Easy for admins to manage and for team members to navigate. If you would like to have a robust platform for goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews, Kazoo could be a great fit.

• Tango Card is very easy to use and set-up
• Tango Card makes it easy to allow for multiple gift card options
• Tango Card allows for excel imports of respondents, which keeps things nice and simple

• The initial setup of the API with all the ACH info was a bit complicated.
• The only speedbump (not big concern) is the branding of a Tango Card - when saying that to recipients, they don't "get it" immediately and some quick-to-judgement folks can say they don't want it.

• The ability to create custom reports as admins would be a nice feature.
• A feature that allows managers of the employees to be loaded into YEI and then they can receive a breakdown of the recognition of their direct reports periodically would be a nice feature.
• Ways for the employee to create their own reports to see their own receiving and giving metrics.

Good platform. Only feedback is sometimes when you have no funds in your account you have to “fill” the bank and that is a minor pain to fill out CC information each time. But overall, it’s a relatively easy system to use for the team

Giving it a 9 only because I haven't been using it for more than 6 months but that said, I've had enough projects and redemptions to get a full understanding of its performance. TANGO CARD just works better than the rest for the redemption experience for the end recipient.

We liked Tango Card much more as it was easier to use and had more flexibility within our company. It allowed us to be more creative as well. The scale of cards and ease of use, both front and back end were huge decision points for us. Everything about Tango Card appeared to be much better than Tremendous and we are happy with our choice.

This product seems to outperform the competition in the reviews that we're aware of. Not surprisingly, we've been extremely pleased with this product. It's funny to think that a simple piece of software could add so much by way of positivity to our workplace, but it most definitely has. We love this program.

• We used Tango Card as an incentive to attend training, and this increased the number of attendees by over 50% when it was not used.
• We were able to bring in more attendees as a focus group and gain valuable insight to a product we were creating.
