Read full review Pros I have Integrated Klaviyo with my Website and with salesforce which works simultaneously. This integration is happened very easily as In klaviyo we have flows through which we can do automations and set webhook integration with no code activity. Klaviyo helps me to measure the success of email campaigns. Klaviyo helps me to automate the manual tasks with the helps Flows in it which is very easy to use as it has a very easy to understand user interface and no coding reuired. Read full review Several of our members were not familiar with various IT functions within CRM prior to working with it and so they were able to develop a working knowledge of IT pretty quickly afterwards. It has a familiar feel to it as it allows users to work the data into a spreadsheet type layout with pivot tables and graphs and so it is quick to adopt. Customization is great with a working knowledge of HTML, which isn't too hard to learn. You can really adapt CRM to any needs stylistically or content wise. Read full review Cons At times the platform isn't as intuitive as you would like. Take the time to be onboarded and play around in the platform to get the hang of things. Utilize Klaviyo's resources and attend their live training sessions to help navigate the platform and implement best practices they recommend. Can be pricey depending on company and email list. Customization is limited at times. The brand font we utilized on all branded content wasn't available through Klaviyo. Previously we would have to go through the back end to implement our branded font, import our font, or create content on another platform to utilize our font. Read full review The ability to schedule and push out reports is missing from this system. If we want to mass deliver a report on a schedule, we must run it, export it and email it out to the group, or purchase a 3rd party system. The ability to trigger workflow events on a schedule is missing this system. Currently, there has to be a trigger initiated by a user and we have situations where we'd like to be able to schedule a work flow routine to go out and check from specific situations and then trigger an action. We'd also like to be able to trigger workflow actions on one object based on something in another object and this capability is very limited. Flow automation: Creating automated emails that follow up with new leads, those who abandoned carts, purchased. Email design: So easy to use, and more friendly than some other visual builders that we've used. Read full review Usability The only reason why I did not give it a 10/10 is that it cannot distinguish purchases that came through subscription recharges instead of purchases that were driven directly by email sends. Other than that, the automation qualities, design features, and segmentation options make this an incredible email platform, and I am very happy with it

They also have a wide variety of articles that cover must issues in a very clear manner that will get you out of a predicament really fast.

Read full review MS Dynamics was easy to integrate to MS Power BI. This BI and reporting aspect is a clear strong point for Microsoft. MS solutions seem easier to integrate and learn, but this depends on the IT landscape and the complexity of integrations in a respective company.
