Likelihood to Recommend When printing postcards, simply copying, fast and efficient scanning, and printing staple-less booklets and folders. The Konica Minolta bizhub does a great job with any task handed to it, efficiently and quickly.
Read full review It is a great modern alternative to on-prem Windows print servers. It is straightforward to implement and manage and easy for end users to navigate. It is cloud-based, so internet access is needed but not constantly required after implementation. The only other use case that might not work well is if you have a very high number of printers, although they might have a new licensing model based on users, so this might not be as much of a factor now.

A new sound effect would be nicer and not so stressful. The velcro strips in the trays are poor quality and can cause the paper to not be fed into the machine. The bypass tray secondary tray that folds out to catch the paper isn't the greatest quality and feels as if it will break or rip off when opening. To close, you do have to slam it. Read full review There really isn't anything major that we've noticed wrong. The biggest thing was we were not able to get the dual authentication working with both Google and Azure at the same time. We ended up having to just pick one. The cost isn't cheap and is maybe a little higher than other options, but it does give you more features than competitors. Read full review Hands down one of our best investments for our IT staff. This has saved so much time and frustration and it well worth the cost. If the budget starts to gets tight, this is one of the last things we would cut out. We also purchased this through our copy machine vendor so it's nice that the charge is integrated with our copy machines lease
Read full review Usability Because the printer queues are still just basic old Windows printer queues, implementation had minimal impact for end-users. We just had to show them the functions in the PrinterLogic client. The admin portal tools for use by us IT people is entirely straightforward. While I appreciated that PrinterLogic had an engineer available while I set up our environment, I didn't actually need any guidance. I just followed their excellent documentation and in a matter of a couple hours we had full functionality and a working test environment, including IdP and SSO.

Read full review Performance A colleague has reported a performance issue with loading printer profiles on Edge. It sometimes takes a very long time to come up, and sometimes not at all, but he switches over to Chrome, and the interface comes up very quickly. This might be a fringe case, since I am able to launch the same profile on Edge browser without any problems.
Read full review Support Rating Whenever I've contacted PrinterLogic support the responses are always rapid and thorough. The support staff is knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions I have. Most of the time we needed support was at the beginning of our implementation. Our account rep as well as technical support were skilled and responsive.

PaperCut more for their on premise version because it would be a one time cost instead of an ongoing fee. Still, we decided to remain with printerLogic as it is provided through an agreement with a print service provider.

Read full review Return on Investment All of our staff love the printer. It is easy to use and works efficiently for them compared to previous units. A lot of staff members have easily caught on to how to print things themselves or fix simple issues such as a jam or it is out of ink or paper. A lot of staff members have also figured out to be fluent with the print driver and learn the various features of the printer. We like the easy-to-print Konica Minolta bizhub user log feature to keep track of billing to staff members when printing color sheets of paper. Read full review The ROI has been huge, the cost of having our help desk team take care of printer installations were much higher than the cost of the solution. Help desk are almost nonexistent. The majority of the calls we get are from new employees that aren't familiar with the solution. The single pane of glass console makes inventory, supplies and usage so much easier.
