The support is generally good with options of live chat, e-mail, or call-in support. Support inquires via e-mail are responded to quickly and they are good about remoting in to assist if it should come to this without having to jump through hoops

Monitoring capabilities for almost every infrastructure types such as Network, Servers, Virtualization etc 2. Medium Licensing Cost and not that aggressively increasing every year. 3. Good Support and steady pace of growth and marketing.

Technical support is appreciable. We have dedicated customer relations managers to check and see the improvement of the tool and its flaws. Sometimes, we get to interact with CMO of the organization asking our feedback and suggestions. Not every organization does that.
