Method[:CRM] is well suited when you have a large company that needs to keep track of customers. It also connects with Quickbooks and that has really been nice for our organization. Our company is small so this really helps us stay on track and build our data base of customers.Incentivized
Square Invoices is the best service that I have found for what it does: it's easy to use, nice to look at, and never seems to go to spam or be lost by clients. Clients mention that the setup is easier than services my competitors use. You can even attach your contract to the invoice, which is wonderful in case there are questions later on. Unfortunately, not being able to have clients alter quantities or select add-ons means for half of my services, I have to use a different, inferior service.Incentivized

Adding a customer to invoice is super simple and takes minimal effort.Payment collection is easy and seamless because Square Invoices allows the recipient to pay using credit/cards.One of the fest features is allowing invoices to be recurring. If my contract stipulates a flat fee monthly, I can set the invoices to recur monthly for the duration of the contract.Incentivized
I believe there is room for improvement with scaling down on the customizing (sometimes having too much isn't always a good thing)The estimate creator in Method is not as fluid as making an estimate in QB. (moving lines around, adding lines, etc.)Incentivized
The reports section is not always the easiest to understand. It seems like I have to stop and think about options instead of it being 100% intuitive.With the fees we pay per transaction, it would be nice to be able to add additional "limited" users for no extra cost.Incentivized
The things Method does well - QuickBooks data integration and extreme customization - it does very, very well. If you are looking for a CRM product or any business process automation software that integrates with QuickBooks, you have to look at Method CRM
Method has a great overall "usability". Once we started using the software; it did not take long before we were able to start editing our own web lead forms, email templates, etc. I think there is a learning curve however the learning curve is not bad. Anyone looking for a cloud CRM should start here Incentivized
The support is great. They are on the line within minutes and share screen to figure out the problem immediately. I would highly recommend this product for that reason. I do wish the customization was a bit easier to use; however, with fewer settings that are available to the end user and an easier way to read the customization.
The only time I had a problem was a false chargeback from a client. Square Invoices referenced our contract and ruled in my favor, and they did so in a timely manner. I sent them the contract and my email history with the client, and they quickly unfroze the amount of money.Incentivized
Be available to learn! There is a huge learning curve to this program. You have to be willing to take it all in. Be available to the Method expert and be patient.
Method is by far the easiest of all platforms. It brings a lot of great features that Salesforce has as well as email campaign features like constant contact, all in one. The only thing I would add would be more reporting and custom report capability. Incentivized
Square Invoices is easier to use and automatically transfers your money to your bank account vs Paypal that holds your money and you have to manually transfer and it takes 3-5 days (many times more). Square Invoices looks better overall, and for the same fees as Paypal, provides a better service overall.Incentivized
Method:CRM has probably saved me about 6-10 hours per week over the past few years.It has likely saved our company several hundred hours in the last 10 years.It has specifically saved us countless hours with better data management vs. having separate spreadsheets for keeping track of things.Incentivized
I love that I can sort my invoices in total, or by a specific time period to see how my sales are doing and comparing to prior time periods.Incentivized
