Microsoft Copilot Studio vs. RainKing (discontinued)

It has performed exceptionally well where I have required deep contextual understanding , multi deimension analysis or web research. Recently it helped me in the implementation of SAP Project. It helped to prepare documentation like business blue prints, conduct workshops. Understand business requirement with the help of reviewing the information by summarizing.

RainKing is less appropriate when you don't have the funds or resources to pay for it. You could easily Google the information that you're looking for, or use CrunchBase, but it's extremely time-consuming. RainKing makes this very easy and the data seamlessly sends to Salesforce with the proper integration. RainKing is very appropriate when you have a large team of folks that need to source leads/accounts simultaneously and need licenses to do so - it's worth the money with a larger team.

• Being able to search for companies that are currently evaluating solutions in your space.
• The contact information for people and related people is also great, I have used dozens of other data solutions and prefer Rainking.
• Rainking also gives you the ability to create lists of your ideal buyer and download them which was great for my team and I pull new contacts to prospect!
• I can't get over how impressive the org chart info is in RainKing, it allowed myself and my team to find other involved prospects and get a good feel for organizations.

• Account manager - really unresponsive, not interested in helping with renewal, making the case to our execs
• The Discover/RainKing team was not interested in helping us expand the way we are utilizing the tool, provide additional training, etc
• Contacts department designation lacks in accuracy, we frequently found significant mismatches

At first, it stands out in integrating with the Microsoft ecosystem like Teams, Word, and Outlook. It makes simple for creation and deployment of AI agents and tools with out heavy coding. Great for the purpose of creating AI chat bots for regular tasks. It is excellent for quickly running mock demos.

I would give 9 as it works well for us by utilizing the agentic part we are able to utilize the capabilities of copilot studio, If the billing structure and hallucinations can be corrected I would have given 10 as well. I would recommend everyone to give it a try if you want to up your game in Agentic AI with clients.

No performance issue till date.

We had an excellent experience during the online training of Microsoft Copilot Studio. We were given training which included complete informations in the session. The session include the how we can use it. It gave us the complete guide. We had recorded sessions for future reference.

It is worldwide accepted and we already have the workspace and other tools from Microsoft family which compels us to go for copilot rather than google as it gives you wide range to explore in other areas in the same workspace. Rating and worldwide acceptance is more for Microsoft when compared to any other tool with respect to Agentic AI platform.

I've used SalesNavigator and Zoom Info. I actually think that Ranking is a great solution if you can use it in tandem with SalesNavigator. When it comes to pulling lists, in my opinion, Ranking does it best. Now that it has the database combined with Discoverorg, it's even more powerful to use.

As it is low code it empowers everyone even with non technical person to create and deploy and publish the custom agents. Then agents can operate and plan, learn and scale the complex and challenging tasks across the entire business process. It helps to connect with data and take respective action.

• I don't have that information readily available to quantify the positive impact. However, I will say that I've found a lot of good prospects via RainKing to target my outreach efforts to. I definitely feel like the product pays for itself.
