Monday.com makes it easy to assign and track multiple tasks. monday.com also comes with a time tracking option which has made it easier to track the time in which certain tasks take rather than getting an additional tool to track time. monday.com has also made it easier to move tasks and create other sub-tasks easily manageable and accessible Also, it is easier to share documents and control access with people outside!

If you have a small business where you are trying to keep things simple, then PipelineDeals is a perfect fit. Once you get to where you are wanting to tie your marketing efforts and create marketing campaigns that are tied to leads, it starts to miss the mark

  • I wouldn't say no areas for improvement exist, but I will say that PipelineDeals takes customer input, shared product roadmap, and supports what they have very nicely. What they provide works out-of-the-box. Improvements can always be made with respect to pre-packaged integration with 3rd party services/solutions, and with extended attributes, but you also want to avoid something that attempts to boil the ocean.

I use some features of monday.com but, to be honest, I need specific training on this brand software to use templates for my specific business needs, probably need to explore more. To sum up, even if the cloud software has great usability, it is not always so intuitive to make the most in any given scenario (unless you are an IT or work for this brand)

I've never had to use Monday's support, which probably speaks to its ease of use and good UI. The interface is extremely intuitive, and there are lots of available resources online for answering questions and providing examples of the product in use. I am not an enterprise user so I have not interacted with the dedicated Customer Success management team.

We signed up for the accounts. Created the accounts. Ran the trial version and tested it live while we were running multiple projects and found that it was fitting our needs perfectly. When the trial ended and we were asked to purchase the full version, we did. We have found other ways to use it and it's a breeze.

We used an excel spreadsheet to track our month end close process previously which created a lot of issues around only one person being able to be in the checklist at any given time. Additionally, we were unable to have excel notify us when a task we need to have completed was done, but Monday.com has completely changed that for us!

The cost is much better and it is much easier to use. Salesforce was way too robust and I never want to hire a consultant to set up a CRM. PipelineDeals CRM has the best visibility of our sales efforts.

  • Better inputs on each project. Often we don't even need to tag people, to get them to come with an input. They might see the project, think "I know something about this" and take a quick overview to see if they can add anything.
  • It has made it easier to troubleshoot. You can go back to your archives and easily see what you did and how it went.
  • The amount of hours in troubleshooting saved by using monday.com is huge.
