Overall Satisfaction with PipelineDeals CRM

We are currently using PipelineDeals as our B2B and B2C sales CRM. We also have it fully integrated with our digital contracting software and our lead vendor so leads are being automatically created. Leads are then automatically pulled from PipelineDeals to start a contract. We also have integrations in place to automatically updated deals once the contract is finalized.
  • User interface.
  • API integrations.
  • Configurability.
  • Marketing.
  • Email integrations.
  • We have profited off of it by including it as one of our subscription services.
  • We didn't have to build our own CRM.
We are currently using HubSpot for one of our other companies and it has been great. The marketing integrations that come with it blow PipelineDeals out of the water. On top of that, it also has a ticketing system in it where you can tie customer issues to a customer in the CRM.

The user interface is simple and easy to navigate. Anyone who is overwhelmed with some of the more complicated CRM systems will definitely enjoy the simplicity of what PipelineDeals has to offer.
Any time I have had questions or issues that have come up I've always been able to get a quick response and a resolution to what I was needing.
If you have a small business where you are trying to keep things simple, then PipelineDeals is a perfect fit. Once you get to where you are wanting to tie your marketing efforts and create marketing campaigns that are tied to leads, it starts to miss the mark.
