Pros

Ability to combine files SEAMLESSLY and order them around as necessary (so underrated)
Signing not only for yourself but for others. Helpful for those who have been granted the authority to sign for VPs and directors
Much easier to use than some other PDF viewing services

One of the best things that Smallpdf does is pdf conversion both to and from pdf. It is especially great to transform pdf tables into Excel documents.
PDF splitting is really great since allows for cropping large files and just keep the information necessary; something that comes really handy when presenting information to your supervisors.
PDF merging also works wonders, it allows for mixing several different pdf documents into just one of them. It is extremely easy to set up.
This a really fast pdf reader, it feels really fast compared to other options that tend to feel clunky. Its workspace is super comfortable and well organized so finding a tool you need is always a simple task.

Cons

The version we have which is a little older had features in odd places such as adding pages to a PDF was kind of buried.
Product seems to run a little slow in a Citrix environment. I believe it would run better on a dedicated PC.
I'd like for them to try and mimic Adobe more as that seems to be laid out a little better for end user features.

Improve the conversion from .pdf to Excel. Sometimes when we have a lot of tables in .pdf and convert them to a spreadsheet, the fonts and tables will be messed up.
Being worried about uploading documents with personal data for editing or conversion.

My most of the work is based on office files so I always require this software. Sometimes I need to print my survey documents so I need to convert them into PDF for actual formatting of the original document. There this software helps me a lot. And its PDF compression is the most required feature for me to help me in my office work.

Nitro checks all the boxes for what we need. It is fairly priced, it allows us to read and edit PDF documents, convert PDF to MS Word and convert MS Word to PDF. It allows us to combine multiple files and do all the post processing like adding page numbers and adding headers and footers

Nitro Productivity Suite allows a user to accomplish all of the things you would want to do to a document that Adobe does not. Much easier to find the operation you are looking for in Nitro Productivity Suite compared to Adobe

I used to convert my PDF files with LightPDF software. But It was slightly difficult for me to navigate on that software. The interface of that software was not very easy to understand. And compression result quality was also not satisfactory. So I selected Smallpdf for all my PDF-related work.
