Overall Satisfaction with Smallpdf

I am trying to convince everyone that Smallpdf is needed company-wide. Currently, I use it within my department and for one-off projects. It helps with condensing files, exporting single sign-off pages, and gets items in the correct format no matter how the client sends it over.
  • Condensing files.
  • Exporting single sign-off pages.
  • Gets items in the correct format no matter how the client sends it over.
  • When you download a condensed file it automatically renames it. There should be an option to name it yourself.
  • The website layout is not the most professional looking, but it is simple enough to use.
  • When reordering PDF pages, it can get a bit glitchy. I would prefer to have multiple options for moving pages: drag/drop, arrows, type in the page number you want it to be, etc.
  • Exporting pages.
  • Condensing files to send over via email.
  • Changing formats (.pdf to .word, .jpg to .png, etc.).
  • It has definitely increased efficiency. Lower paid employees can complete a simple task with Smallpdf rather than having a higher paid employee use their time to do it differently.
  • Smallpdf decreases the customer-response time. Being able to send over the proper sized file quickly makes us look great!
Smallpdf has a wonderful free version and is extremely simple to use. Adobe Acrobat can be a bit jumpy and heaven forbid you click on the wrong icon and it will ask you to sign in over and over again. Smallpdf isn't always the prettiest to use, but it is the best to get the job done.

Do you think Smallpdf delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Smallpdf's feature set?

Yes

Did Smallpdf live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Smallpdf go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Smallpdf again?

Yes

When a client is requesting a single page from the SOW, but you don't have access to the original document, you don't always want to bug the bid writer. With Smallpdf you can export it yourself very easily.
