OnePageCRM

OnePage is great for any company with a sales team. Onepage is great for lead tracking, and showing all communication in one place. Its timeline is easy to use and understand. OnePage also makes it easy to manage a sales team. Their reporting capabilities are excellent and it is a great way to track deals.

Salesflare

I have always struggled with using CRMs. Either they try and remove you from your everyday workflow or they are full of features you don't want/use. Salesflare integrates exactly the way you would want a CRM to integrate and it plays nice with just about any other software you use for your business. Salesflare may not be as feature-rich as some other CRMs but it beats out just about everyone when it comes to seamless integration, ease of use and overall enjoyment of using a CRM.

  • It uses a split screen: one half is your action stream, the other is for a selected contact. This is really helpful.
  • You can do mass actions-- like rescheduling a group of actions for another day.
  • "Tags" are a handy feature... it's sophisticated enough to trigger automated follow-ups in our mail service, Klaviyo

  • The ability to interface with all or many VoIP services would be top of my priority list
  • Skype is not a favourite of mine, but Google hangouts is which is now included with OnePageCRM
  • The ability to create email templates would be good. I have a separate app for that, but it would be good to have it on board

Salesflare

  • It works wonderfully as a CRM for freelancers, consultants and small teams but feels like it would become more difficult to integrate with larger teams
  • Sometimes have issues with email syncing with missing emails or having to reconnect my email to Salesflare
  • Emails are sent from the app using their own servers, I would prefer to send via my own email system (Gsuite) for better delivery

We use all these software for task management and email marketing. OnePage doesn't send out mass emails and we needed a more robust task management system, so we use SharpSpring and Asana as well.

Salesflare

Salesflare does its own thing compared to the others I've tried. It's unique even though it shares many of the main features a CRM should have. Salesforce Lightning is amazing and feature-packed but can often get overwhelming depending on your use case. I never experience any slight lag or load times with Salesflare. Lightning can sometimes hang depending on your browser etc.

Salesflare

  • I save dozens of hours each month managing new clients and leads, Salesflare easily pays for itself each month
  • Between the great mobile app and integration with Gsuite, Salesflare is the perfect CRM for the mobile user. I no longer feel chained to a desktop to manage my leads.
  • I used to have a Love-Hate relationship with CRMs but now actually enjoy using a CRM since using Salesflare and feel like I actually realize the value of using a CRM.
