There were more features and more ways to contact the provider. Ring Central would send out a call. I don't remember sending an email or text when I was paged. It seemed it was only an app on my phone and not located on my computer, where I could access it when I was working on …

We have used Five9 for other features but haven't seriously considered using them for replacing PagerDuty. Our company already had PagerDuty when I joined and we haven't evaluated any other option.
To be sincere, PagerDuty is a powerful, intelligent, and dependable on-call and incident management tool that provides amazing solutions to our company. Therefore, if someone is looking for reliability and accuracy in incident management, I will not hesitate to recommend PagerDuty. It is easy to use, and it will give you value for money.

Using Catalytic is dead simple, click and drag. Start simple and iterate. Once you start using the tool, you soon want to add more in and then the more you add in the higher the ROI. People will start to line up to want to use it, and realise the benefits
great usability, bit of a learning curve with the product because there is so much information to digest and Rootly gives you lots of different angles and preferences for how you would like to see it displayed. For those with high tech skills its much easier but for those who are less tech savvy it can be overwhelming

From my whole team's perspective, it allows all the agents to focus on resolving instead of continuously monitoring their systems and helps them not to chase invalid customer, which has impacted our overall floor productivity
A downside about PagerDuty, what I feel would be that there is very little investment in time to set up escalation rules, integration, especially for our priority accounts
